Any Khmer men – any Asian men – ANY adult (over 18 years old) who has sex with a child (under 18 years old) is a PERVERT, a SICKO and a CRIMINAL and in deep need of therapy.
He needs to be shunned by society and face the full consequences of the law!
This is a good public announcement! We need to protect our children from a lifetime of emotional harm. So many perverts in society because society is too permissive with them.

ReplyDeleteIt's the law. Even if the young person "consents", if she is underage, it's a crime. An adult is someone over 18 years old. Someone under 18 years is protected by law.
