Chapter II:THE KING Article 23
The King is the Supreme Commander of the Royal Khmer Armed Forces. The Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Khmer Armed Forces shall be appointed to command the Armed Forces.
Is this arcticle still hold true? Is the king a suprem commander or just a pupet? Can the constitution be amended to reflect the truth so that khmer people won't confuse?
