My Rights, My Responsibility (ICCPR) Series

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights

Ratified, acceded by UN General Assembly in December 1966, entry into force March 1976.
Cambodia ratified the ICCPR (thus, a part of Cambodia’s body of laws) and is obligated to submit regular reports to the United Nations.

Part III

Article 26

All persons are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to the equal protection of the law. In this respect, the law shall prohibit any discrimination and guarantee to all persons equal and effective protection against discrimination on any ground such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

    The illegal Vietnamese immigrants do what they can in Cambodia,but Khmer
    Krom live in their
    own ancestor land
    they can't do nothing,except follow the rules of
    abusing laws of
    Vietnam govt.
    Hun Sen mistreats
    Khmer people,but
    serves Vietnam immigrants well.
    Hun Sen doesn't obey the rules of
    International laws,and so does Vietnam.
