Constitution of Cambodia (Sept. 1993)

CHAPTER IV: ON POLICY

Article 51

The Kingdom of Cambodia adopts a policy of Liberal Democracy and Pluralism.

The Cambodian people are the master of their own country.

All powers belong to the people. The people exercise these powers through the National Assembly, the Royal Government and the Judiciary.

The Legislative, Executive, and the Judicial powers shall be separate.

    powers belong to the people ,if some group of diseased mind to snick in good people can make a worse time too.specially some khmer children was training by viet minh become to monster regime.that is power by people.

    The kingdom of Cambodia constitution
    give full power to
    Khmer people,but some
    parts are not good.
    The prime minister gets 5 years a term.
    He/she can stay in
    power as long as people voting for
    him/her.That's the
    problem.
    Hun Sen remained in
    power for 26 years.
    Each time Hun Sen won the votes by cheating.
    Hun Sen,ministers,
    officials abused power to control people,used dictatorship to govern Cambodians.
