How could they send or mail to the high officials? Pol Pot and Hun Sen era destroyed Wats and temples;there were no monks in the temples. Thai soldiers wiped out Khmer temple at near foot hill Preah Vihear Khmer Hundu temple. The war did not care about any kinds of religions on planet earth.
