Article 73
The State shall give full consideration to children and mothers. the State shall establish nurseries, and help support women and children who have inadequate support.
The state of Cambodia has the LAWS or
ReplyDeletethe constitution,but not put to use
it means nothing.
Hun Sen never learned constitution.
What he knew to say is "Me IS THE LAW,THE LAW IS ME".
HUN SEN can not help and support Khmer women and children what he is
able to support are himself,his families,and Vietnamese immigrants.
He looks down on Khmer people and
compares them to the "DOGS",even
called them "DOGS".
One day,I heard him said,"I close
the door and beat the dogs".
HOW A KHMER LEADER CALLED HIS OWN
PEOPLE "DOGS".
Is Hun Sen a MAD DOG?
All Khmer in CAMBODIA and ABROAD
can judge him who he is!
