assistance comes in many way; it is not necessarily have to be in monetary form, you know! how about in education form, in training form, in built-operate-transfer form, etc, etc, really! cambodia needs more technical assistance more than monetary one, you know! we need scientists and experts to train our khmer people more, really!

My wife and my daughter went to visit
    Cambodia,when they came back they
told me about monkey bagging for
    money.The monkey's owner was sitting
by,when someone gave money to the
monkey, the owner picked it up and
    put his pocket.
So,this monkey Hun Sen looked and
    begged money from the rich,China,
    Japan,USA,and other countries so he
can take that money to build his hug mansion.
How he can get $1,450 per month and
    build big house?
Ah Hun Sen is a big liar.
Ah Hun Sen is greedy money and power. He never stop begging money
until his tommy becomes burst like
    TA CHOCHUOK in Buddhist story.
    Ah dictator keeps begging OK!
    Ah Hanoi monkey.
