    The meeting of the JBC in Bogor, Indonesia, on 7-8 April 2011? I think there was no meeting. Thailand was fooling Indonesia since Kasit did not attend. Instead, they sent a low level official with no real authority for any decision. You CAN NOT credit that JBC meeting, fool!
