the first lady is the wife of a prime minister, the queen is always the queen, she belongs with the royal family, hello! know the difference. nothing to be jealous of first lady, because both the queen and the first lady are highly respected and held influential position in cambodia. the queen shouldn't feel bad because the title first lady and the queen are two separate title. it's just a title. first lady can't be called the queen and the queen can't be called the first lady, it's just a title, really! i think the people who brought this up on this site is confused about the two different or distinct title, really! both titles are pretigeous and honored, you know!
