Background: During the 10 years of negotiation, we the Cambodian victims and international wanted the venue of the KRT to be in the city center, either at Chaktomuk Hall or Chenla Theatre or another similar location. The RGC adamantly refused and uncompromisingly pushed for this remote military/army compound in Kampong Speu province. (As this large military compound had no large hall for the chamber, the current large auditorium had to be constructed along with the ECCC offices in the adjacent building.) The UN gave in with the understanding that the KRT would be the whole compound. After signing of the Agreement in 2003, the RGC retained the front half of the compound as the army/military headquarters. Moreover, the RGC had to re-draw the map of Phnom Penh to include this military/army headquarter, formerly part of Kampong Speu province, to be part of Phnom Penh to satisfy the language of the 2003 Agreement.

SENG THEARY ROLE IS TO OBSTRUCT THE ECCC BY USING THE KHMER IMAGE TO ACCUSE ECCC. AT THE BUTTOM LINE IT IS A YOUN 'S PLAN .KI-MEDIA ATTACKS HUN SEN, USE SRP IMAGE IS TO MAKE KHMER BELEIVE THAT THEY ARE REAL KHMER, BUT IN THE MEAN TIME THEY TRY TO SHAKE UP ECCC WITH SENG THEARY IN ORDER TO GET RID OF THOSE TOP LEADER KHMER ROUGE FROM JUDGING BY ECCC, ESPECIALLY AH EING SARY WHO IS NO DOUBT A 100% YOUN. HE WAS A TOP LEADER YOUN BEHIND THE KHMER ROUGE.

Stop melting in front of the puppet Hun Sen's Government and its master Vietnam.
The UN has failed to enforce the most important peace agreement in Cambodia history, the 1991 Paris peace agreement.
The UN has failed miserably in 2003 when it withdrew prematurely from Cambodia under pressure. At that time, the UN was largely listened to a mentally retarded King Sihanouk and got out of Cambodia without completely fulfilling its mission.
Now, the UN must stop making the same mistake by getting out of Cambodia without achieving its goal. Stand up to Hun Sen's government and Vietnam or move this KRT out of Cambodia.
If the Hun Sen’s government and Vietnam's hands are clean during the Khmer Rouge regime, why they are so apprehensive about this KRT, especially concerning cases 3 and 4, etc... Don’t let the murderers go unpunished.
The UN must be strong and assertive facing this monster Vietnam.
