ការផ្ទុះអំពើហិង្សាចំនួន២ដងបន្តបន្ទាប់គ្នារវាងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសហគមន៍បូរីកីឡា និង សមត្ថកិច្ចចម្រុះកាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃ០៣ ខែ មករា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ ដែលអាជ្ញាធរអះអាងថាបានធ្វើឲ្យសមត្ថកិច្ចចំនួន៣០នាក់រងរបួសធ្ងន់និងស្រាល ហើយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមួយចំនួនត្រូវបានធ្វើការឃាត់ខ្លួនដែរនោះ បានធ្វើឲ្យមានការចាប់អារម្មណ៍ពីមជ្ឈដ្ឋានជាច្រើន។ ការផ្ទុះអំពើហិង្សាដាក់គ្នានេះ ត្រូវបានគេដឹងថាផ្ដើមឡើងពីការដោះស្រាយរវាងក្រុមហ៊ុនផានអ៊ីម៉ិច ជាមួយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសហគមន៍បូរីកីឡាមិនទាន់ចប់សព្វគ្រប់ និង ម្យ៉ាងទៀតដោយសារតែប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមួយចំនួនបានសង់សំណង់មិនមានច្បាប់អនុញ្ញាតទៅលើដីរបស់រដ្ឋ។
ជុំវិញការប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នាយ៉ាងក្ដៅគគុកខាងលើនេះត្រូវបានមន្ត្រីសាលារាជធានីភ្នំពេញធ្វើការបកស្រាយថា តំបន់ប្លុកបូរីកីឡាត្រូវបានសម្រេចឲ្យមានការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នៅនឹងកន្លែងដោយមានការសាងសង់លំនៅដ្ឋាន ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋតំបន់នេះបានរស់នៅក្រោមការសាងសង់ដោយក្រុមហ៊ុនផានអ៊ីម៉ិច។ ប៉ុន្តែក្រោយពីមានការសាងសង់អគារស្នាក់របស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ហើយមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមួយចំនួននោះ បានយកអាគារស្នាក់នៅនោះ លក់ឬជួលបន្តឲ្យគេបានចុះមកសាងសង់សំណង់មិនរៀបរយនៅក្រោមទៀត ហើយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋពីខាងក្រៅមួយចំនួនក៏បានលួចធ្វើការសាងសង់សំណង់គ្មានច្បាប់អនុញ្ញាតព្រមទាំងបោះតង់លើដីរដ្ឋដែលត្រូវអភិវឌ្ឍនេះថែមទៀត។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងសកម្មភាពមិនប្រក្រតីនេះ សមត្ថកិច្ចបានធ្វើការណែនាំឲ្យពួកគាត់ធ្វើការរុះរើសង់សំណង់គ្មានច្បាប់ ចំនួន២០ខ្នងនេះចេញ ប៉ុន្តែប្រជាពលរដ្ឋពួកគាត់មិនព្រមរុះរើចេញនោះទេ រហូតបាននាំគ្នាធ្វើបាតុកម្មតវ៉ាជាច្រើនលើច្រើនសារ ហើយនៅថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែ មករា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ ក៏បានប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នាថែមទៀតបណ្ដាលឲ្យសមត្ថកិច្ចចម្រុះចំនួន៣០នាក់បានរងរបួស។
មន្ត្រីសាលារាជធានីភ្នំពេញបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅម្ដុំប្លុកបូរីកីឡានេះមួយចំនួនពេលបានផ្ទះពីរដ្ឋហើយ ពួកគាត់បានលក់ឬជួលផ្ទះខាងលើ ឲ្យទៅគេ ហើយចុះមកនៅខាងក្រោមវិញ រួចធ្វើការទាមទារផ្ទះពីរដ្ឋជាថ្មីទៀត។ ចំពោះទង្វើប្រជាពលរដ្ឋបែបនេះមិនអាចទទួលបានផ្ទះពីរដ្ឋទៀតទេ។
ទី២ទៀតអ្នកទិញផ្ទះទុកចោលឥតស្នាក់នៅ ក៏គ្មានលក្ខណៈត្រូវបានផ្ទះពីរដ្ឋដែរ ដោយរដ្ឋឲ្យគោលនយោបាយជាផ្ទះនៅភូមិទួលសំបូរ សង្កាត់ព្រៃវែង ខណ្ឌដង្កោ ឬ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមួយចំនួនទៀតឲ្យដីឡូត៍នៅភ្នំបាត ស្រុក ពញាឮ ខេត្តកណ្តាល។
ទី៣ អ្នកបោះតង់ថ្មីនៅលើដីរបស់រដ្ឋឥតមានឯកសារអ្វីទាំងអស់ និង អ្នកចូលរួមមករស់នៅលើដីដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋបានទៅរស់នៅជាន់ខាងលើដែលរដ្ឋចែកឲ្យហើយ ក៏មិនមានគោលនយោបាយដោះស្រាយឲ្យដែរ។
ទី៤. ចំពោះអ្នកបន្លំឯកសារ ដើម្បីបានផ្ទះរបស់រដ្ឋ ក៏មិនត្រូវបានដោះស្រាយគោលនយោបាយរបស់រដ្ឋដែរ។
មន្ត្រីរាជធានីភ្នំពេញបន្តថា ដំបូងឡើយអាជ្ញាធរមានសមត្ថកិច្ចមិនមានចេតនាណាមួយធ្វើការរុះរើសំណង់របស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនោះទេដោយបានធ្វើការជូនដំណឹងឲ្យពួកគាត់ធ្វើការរុះរើចេញដោយខ្លួនឯង។ ប៉ុន្តែបែរជាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ពួកគាត់នាំគ្នាធ្វើបាតុកម្ម ហើយឈានដល់ប្រើអំពើហិង្សាបណ្ដាលឲ្យសមត្ថកិច្ចរងរបួសជាច្រើននាក់ថែមទៀត ទើបអាជ្ញាធរសម្រេចសំអាតទីនោះឲ្យបានស្អាតតែម្ដង៕

Do they care about you and your families? You answer that question!
