for the changing Changing Cambodia, money is everything and the trend will continue. With tycoons standing for senate posts, they have plenty of money and it is like nothing for them to spend a few hundreds dollars to get one vote. but it means a lot for some poor voters.
1:29 AM, Yes I agree with you. After 32 years under the current government, our Khmer society is now known as the beggar of Asia. Only a new government and new leadership can change our backward society of robbing the poor and feeding the rich.
