First I didn't pay attention to speech bubble, but then I stopped and decided to try to read it. Then I laughed and roll. Whoever came up with the speech is so hella funny. Hahaha. For those who can't read Khmer, it is about this woman saying that Hun Sen already took her money and that if people want it they have to get it from Hun Sen. In English it is not funny, but in Khmer, it is best said. Hahah...I roll again....och my stomach hurts..ahahha.
