ដូចជ័យជំនះលើករណីបណ្ដឹងបរិហាកេរ្ដី៏ របស់រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេសខ្មែរដែរ មេដឹកនាំគណបក្សដែលកំពុងរស់នៅនិរទេសរូបនេះរំពឹងថា តុលាការទីក្រុងប៉ារីស នឹងផ្ដល់យុត្តិធម៌ឲ្យខ្លួន ជុំវិញសំណុំរឿងគប់គ្រាប់បែក ទៅលើហ្វូងបាតុករនៅមុខអតីតមន្ទីររដ្ឋសភា កាលពីជិត១៥ឆ្នាំមុន ដែលបានធ្វើឲ្យមនុស្សយ៉ាងហោចណាស់១៩នាក់ស្លាប់ និង ជិត១រយនាក់ទៀតរងរបួស ។
នៅក្នុងសេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៏មួយពីទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ប្រទេស បារាំង ហើយដែលត្រូវបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយជាសាធារណៈដោយខុទ្ទការល័យគណបក្សសមរង្ស៊ី នៅថ្ងៃទី២កុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ ២០១២ នេះ មេដឹកនាំបក្សប្រឆាំងនេះ បានលើកឡើងថា ជោគជ័យក្នុងជម្លោះផ្លូវច្បាប់ជាមួយ លោក ហោ ណាំហុង ទីបំផុតតុលាការកំពូលបារាំងបានកាត់ឲ្យលោកឈ្នះក្តី នោះគឺជាសក្ខីកម្ម ដែលបង្ហាញថា យុត្តិធម៌បានកើតមានសម្រាប់អ្នកទន់ខ្សោយ ហើយជាសញ្ញានៃការមានប្រៀបលើរដ្ឋាភិបាលរបស់ហ៊ុន សែន ។
លោក សម រង្ស៊ី បន្តទៀតថា ការតស៊ូក្តីរបស់លោកប្រជែងជាមួយនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន មួយដំណាក់កាលទៀត នៅឯតុលាការបរទេស បានកំពុងកើតមានទៀតហើយ នោះគឺកាលពីថ្ងៃ២៤ ខែមករា តុលាការព្រហ្មទណ្ឌទីក្រុងប៉ារីស បានប្រកាសបើកក្តីករណីគប់គ្រាប់បែកទៅលើហ្វូងបាតុករ នៅខាងមុខអតីតអាគាររដ្ឋសភា កាលពីថ្ងៃ៣០ ខែមិនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៩៧ ហើយដែលករណីទីពីរនេះ គឺជាសញ្ញានៃជោគជ័យមួយទៀត ដើម្បីរកយុត្តិធម៌សម្រាប់ជនរងគ្រោះ និងអាចក្លាយជាជោគជ័យស្ថាពរ លើរដ្ឋាភិបាលទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ។
សម្លេងគ្រាប់បែកដៃ៤គ្រាប់ ដែលគេសង្ស័យថា ប្រព្រឹទ្ធដោយក្រុមអង្គរក្សរបស់នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុនសែន ទៅលើហ្វូងបាតុករនៅមុខអតីតមន្ទីររដ្ឋសភា កាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ៣០ ខែ មិនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៩៧ នៅតែស្ថិតក្នុងការចងចាំរបស់ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ និង ការដង្ហោយហៅរកយុត្តិធម៌ ។ លោក រ៉ន អាប់នី ជនជាតិអាមេរិកាំង អតីតប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថានសាធារណរដ្ឋអន្តរជាតិ របស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ដែលជាជនរងគ្រោះនិងជាសាក្សីសំខាន់ក្នុងព្រឹត្តការណ៏នោះបានស្លាប់បាត់បង់ជីវិតទៅហើយដោយរោគារពាធ កាលពីឆ្នាំកន្លងទៅ៕

Sam Rainsy was a university undergraduate, his father was a khmer hero before he was frame and killed by the royal families. Who he knows forgives.
ReplyDeleteHun Sen was the son of a phesant farmer, his mother was a Vietnamese whore, they married on a little house. Hun Sen was uneducated, never liked school, dropped out early, lied about his real age wanting to join the armed forces.
Looking at the background, one has killed thousands, used mafia law, do not understand the rules of law, and demand respect through yelling and barking profanities and accusation.
