កញ្ញា សេង ធារី ស្ថាបនិកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអប់រំដើម្បីពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ បានថ្លែងអះអាងថា ភាសាខ្មែរកំពុងតែជួបនឹងវិបត្តិ។ តើកញ្ញាសេង ធារី សំអាងទៅលើអ្វីខ្លះ ដែលធ្វើឲ្យកញ្ញានិយាយអះអាងថា ភាសាខ្មែរមានវិបត្តិនោះ?
ស្ថាបនិកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអប់រំដើម្បីពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ បានលើកឡើងថា ភាសាខ្មែរកំពុងតែជួបនឹងវិបត្តិ។ ទស្សនៈរបស់កញ្ញា គឺជាទស្សនៈដ៏ចម្រូងចម្រាសមួយ ដោយសារកញ្ញាផ្ទាល់កំពុងតែព្យាយាមសិក្សាភាសាខ្មែរ ទាំងការនិយាយក៏ដូចជាការសរសេរ។ ដូច្នេះកម្រិតនៃការប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាខ្មែររបស់កញ្ញា គឺនៅមានការខ្វះចន្លោះ តែកញ្ញាហ៊ានថ្លែងអះអាងថា ភាសាខ្មែរមានបញ្ហាដែលត្រូវការឲ្យមានការពិនិត្យតម្រែតម្រង់ បើពុំដូច្នេះទេ ប្រព័ន្ធសិក្សាអប់រំទាំងមូលអាចស្រុតថមថយ ហើយនាំឲ្យប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិជាយថាហេតុ។

It is the culture. Language is shaped by culture. Khmer culture is different from Western culture. Teasing and make fun from each other is not acceptable for Western culture but broadly accepted in Khmer culture. Teasing and make fun from each other make us feel closer to each other as friends or neighbors. But the West treat as insult, look down, make other feel bad. So we must be knowledgeable to different cultures and ways of communication in different places and circumstances. It is very important subject for debate. But we need more time to research before make any recommendation or conclusion.
