  1. Ecole de Vice,

Vas-tu continuer à faire tout ce que Heng Soy aurait bien voulu faire ici sur KI-Media n'est-ce pas?

    Bonne chance à nous tous!

To help with our aching heart I have a quote to share:

    TAKE A RISK
To LAUGH is to risk appearing the fool.
To WEEP is to risk appearing sentimental.
To REACH OUT for another is to risk involvement.
To EXPOSE FEELINGS is to risk exposing your true self.
To place your IDEAS, your DREAMS, before a crowd is to risk their loss.
To LOVE is to risk not being love in return.
To LIVE is to risk dying.
To HOPE is to risk failure.
    BUT RISK must be taken.
Because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.
If you risk nothing and do nothing, you dull your spirit.
You may avoid suffering and sorrow, but you cannot LEARN, FEEL, CHANGE, GROW, LOVE and LIVE.
Chained by your attitude, you are a slave.
    You have forfeited your freedom.
Only if you risk are you free.

Level with me 6:47 AM - Am I doing anything wrong by mourning my friend's passing with a song?

    Thx.

You get me all wrong 6:54AM

I'm sorry if you think I aim at you with this quote, in fact I wrote it in the memory of our dear friend who was a risk taker according to the quote.
Like you I am grieving and struggling to find something to help with this terrible pain. Please take care.

School Of Vice , My Brother,

    Million Thanks
    BEST WISHES TO YOU BOY

    The Young KHMER REPUBLIC

LOVING SO MUCH A SONG OF
    AKARA TAM PREAH PEAY
Always kept singing this song silently in my heart during the POL POT Regime, and I did lose the war big time to SIHANOUK and KHMER ROUGE

Is this the meaning of "every man for himself?"

  11. Dear 'The Young KHMER REPUBLIC'

Thank you for your kind wishes, and also for sharing your thought with us.

If I may say so, the people who have really 'lost the war' have not been you, but those groups who have 'won it' but lost their own humanity; and there's no more concrete evidence of your personal victory and triumph than the fact that you had kept singing that song in your heart even during those darkest days and that you have retained your humanity despite it all.

    Kindest,

My Dear School of Vice, Brother,

Yes , I lost the war to Our Great King Father SIHANOUK and his allied Khmer Rouge but I did not lose the war to our historic enemy North Vietnamese and Vietcong .

Your kind and wise words encouragingly boost me up spiritually.

During the Pol Pot regime , I was enslaved physically but theoretically and ideologically the Khmer Rouge could not own my patriotically national conscientiousness.

Thank to my ancestors and our Lord Buddha that I am alive so I could tell the world how we defended our Khmer Country and then were tortured and executed after laying down the weapons by the Khmer Rouge especially for our lost ones who did not have even a word to tell their own life experiences prior to their cruelly life were being taken.

With My Prayers to our Khmer Victims.
With my BEST to you my Brother School of Vice

    The Young KHMER REPUBLIC
