លោក កឹម សុខា អនុប្រធានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ មានប្រសាសន៍នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃច័ន្ទ ទី១៨ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ថា មហាបាតុកម្មទ្រង់ទ្រាយធំដែលគ្រោងធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃទិវាសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស អន្តរជាតិ ១០ធ្នូ ខាងមុខ មិនទាន់កំណត់ទីតាំងប្រមូលផ្តុំឲ្យពិតប្រាកដទេ។
លោក ថា ទីតាំងប្រមូលផ្តុំអាចធ្វើនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ឬអាចជ្រើសយកទីប្រជុំជនខេត្តណាមួយដើម្បីរៀបចំ ព្រោះក្រុមការងារគណបក្សកំពុងពិគ្រោះយោបល់។
លោក កឹម សុខា ឲ្យដឹងថា គោលបំណងនៃការដឹកនាំធ្វើមហាបាតុកម្មប្រមូលផ្ដុំសមាជិកគាំទ្រជា ថ្មីនេះ គឺដើម្បីទាមទារឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលគោរពសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងស្វែងរកយុត្តិធម៌ជូនម្ចាស់ឆ្នោត ជាពិសេសដើម្បីរកយុត្តិធម៌ជូនកម្មកររោងចក្រ អែស.អិល (SL) និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលអាជ្ញាធរបាញ់ឲ្យស្លាប់ និងរងរបួសធ្ងន់កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែវិច្ឆិកា។
លោក កឹម សុខា៖ «ក្នុងថ្មីៗនេះ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែវិច្ឆិកា នេះ អាជ្ញាធររដ្ឋាភិបាលគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាហ្នឹង បានប្រើអំពើហិង្សាយ៉ាងឃោរឃៅបំផុតទៅលើកម្មករ សម្លាប់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋស្លូតត្រង់ដែលមិនដឹងខ្លួន និងវ៉ៃព្រះសង្ឃជាដើម។ អំពើទាំងអស់ហ្នឹងហើយដែលសបញ្ជាក់ឲ្យឃើញថា គណបក្សប្រជាជនមិនគោរពកិច្ចសន្យា ហើយគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាហ្នឹង នៅតែប្រើគំនិតចាស់ដដែល មិនមានការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរទេ។ ដូច្នេះយើងមិនអាចទៅចរចា ឬទៅធ្វើការជាមួយគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាបានឡើយ បើសិនណាមិនរកយុត្តិធម៌ មិនរកការពិត ហើយទុកឲ្យប្រជារាស្ត្ររងគ្រោះយ៉ាងសាហាវព្រៃផ្សៃនេះតទៅទៀត»។

លោកបណ្ឌិត សុខ ទូច អ្នកជំនាញវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ និងជាអ្នកវិភាគស្ថានការណ៍នយោបាយឯករាជ្យ។ លោកបានចាត់ទុកគម្រោងយកថ្ងៃទិវាសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ១០ ធ្នូ របស់មេដឹកនាំគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ប្រមូលផ្តុំមហាជនធ្វើបាតុកម្មជាថ្មី អាចជាការដាក់សម្ពាធនយោបាយមួយដល់ការចរចាជាមួយបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ ទោះយ៉ាងណា អ្នកវិភាគរូបនេះមើលឃើញថា គណបក្សប្រឆាំងហាក់មិនមានកម្មវិធីនយោបាយរបស់ខ្លួនឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវទេ ម្ដងទាមទារយកតំណែងប្រធានសភា ឬតំណែងនេះតំណែងនោះ ប៉ុន្តែក្រោយមកច្រានចោល៖ «ចុងក្រោយនេះគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា មានការប្រែប្រួលដែលគិតស្មានមិនដល់នូវគំហុកនយោបាយនៃការទទួលស្គាល់របស់គណបក្សប្រជាជន។ អ៊ីចឹងគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិត្រូវតែរក ឬក៏គួរតែរកយុត្តិសាស្ត្រនយោបាយណាមួយដើម្បីរកដំណោះស្រាយនយោបាយ។ យើងកុំចង់រុញប្រទេសជាតិយើងឲ្យចូលទៅក្នុងវិបត្តិជ្រៅមួយដែលឈានដល់បង្ហូរឈាមគ្នា ឬក៏បែកបាក់កាន់តែជ្រៅទៅ គឺជាអត់មានទៅសង្ឃឹមនរណា ហើយឈប់ទៅសង្ឃឹមមហាអំណាច គ្រប់ភាគីទាំងសងខាង។ ការដែលនិយាយរបស់ខ្ញុំនេះ មិនសំដៅទៅលើភាគីណាទេ»។
