The main destruction of a nation is not caused by a person who gains knowledges and stands idle for the nation but a person actively do something for the nation by disrupting and destroying the nation. If the person don't want to do good for the nation, s/h ought to be better not to disrupt it.

there are a lot of Khmer PhD., master around the world, they seem not care about the outcome of Khmer nation...
