Let put the true most serious blame on the actual killers, the KR leaders such as Pol Pot, Ta Mok, etc.
They didn't have to kill innocent Cambodians and intellectuals and destroy the country after their victory. Sihanouk helped them come to power, but they were the criminals.
I gave food to the killers without knowing that they could be that bad and they did the killing of others including my own children after I fed them hoping that they would help me get back what I had lost, should I be put in jail with them?
If they were just a little smarter, they would still be running Cambodia right now like the Communist Party of China, but they were too dumb and atrocious to survive!

I was with Lon Nol, I fought with Americans against communists but I belive we were wrong, if I could do it again I would be with Sihanouk and Khmer rouge, not to kill Khmer but to be right.
