Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 30,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 30,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?
Koh Tral Island, the sea and land area of over 30,000 square kilometres have been lost to Vietnam by the 1979 to 1985 treaties. The Cambodian army at front line as well as all Cambodian people must rethink again about these issues. Are Cambodian army fighting to protect the Cambodia Nation or protecting a very small group that own big lands, big properties or only protecting a small group but disguising as protecting the Khmer nation?
The Cambodian army at front lines suffer under rain, wind, bullets, bombs, lack of foods, lack of nutrition and their families have no health care assistance, no securities after they died but a very small group eat well, sleep well, sleep in first class hotel with air conditioning system with message from young girls, have first class medical care from oversea medical treatments, they are billionaires, millionaires who sell out the country to be rich and make the Cambodian people suffer everyday.
Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that resulted in the loss over 30,000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why they are not being transparent and brave enough to inform all Cambodians and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?
Hun Sen said if he couldn't stop deforestation and corruption, he would cut off his head. His head is still on his head and more forest is gone and corruption level has reacheda the worst.
Can Hun Sen be believed ? When will he stop lying ?

There is no need to wait any longer since the decision has been made to return.
Going to jail if you need to. Share the suffering of the people you intend to lead, and be with those who support you and your popularity shall increase very fast.
There is no need to make any more announcement, plan ahead and then go; be a surprise to Mr Hun!
Your courage will garner great support locally and internationally for your effort to bring new hope to Cambodia. It is going to be a chess move that will baffle Hun Sen and his strategists!

Risk of split is very high for the CRNP, if he come back at this time. But the reward is also enormous, if he can handle it.
Mr. Sam Rainsy,
First of all, I would like to admire your exceptional courage by willing to take ultimate risk to return home before the election.
I said before that you made the right decision by not going to Cambodia and let the yuon slave Hun Sen unjustly incarcerate you. Once they incarcerated you, they might kill you easily by poisoning, staging fight amongst inmates and they seize the opportunity to kill you. Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen would respond that “ Sam Rainsy’s death was resulting from an uncontrollable revolt of the inmates, and the prison guards were trying their best to stop it but no avail”.
In my own opinion, Cambodia needs you to lead during this most difficult time in our history.
You can lead if and only if you are alive. Your technical skill in economic and your courage to take bold and swift decision that what our compatriots needed.
Right now, the CNRP’s popularity is surreal while you are outside and Kem Sokha inside of Cambodia. If the momentum of the CNRP keeps getting stronger and stronger, why do we need to do something differently ? To me, we should find way to stop electoral fraud. That is the most important thing that we must do, not you going back to Cambodia.
I have thought this way:
The CNRP is currently in a good position to win the election. And it is lucky that Sam Rainsy stays outside of Cambodia because if Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen opt not to relinquish the power after the CNRP wins the election and decide to go the violent way and kill Kem Sokha, you ( Sam Rainsy ) will be stayed intact because you are out of the country. The international community will condemn Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen and Khmer people will walk on the street to overwhelmingly deplore this barbarous regime and they fill find way to stop Hun Sen and bring you back to Cambodia to lead our beloved country. We must know how to create plan A, plan B, etc..
Avoid dying is a better way if you can. You have to understand this, if you die, the popularity of the CNRP will gradually diminish and that what the evil Vietnam and Hun Sen wanted. Why do we need to play Yuon’s game?
My suggestion:
You will go back to Cambodia if and only if you receive full assurance from the international community and Hun Sen that the unjust punishment has been lifted and you are free and safe to return home.
You need to take the PM job and train other Khmers, including Mr. Kem Sokha, to run the country after you step down The smooth transition of power from you to your disciples or protégé is vital for Cambodia’s survival.

People will go nuts for you and vote for you. whatever happens happens but the symbolic power of your returns will make history and will give Hun Sen a run for his money. La décision de Sam Rainsy de rentrer au Cambodge avant la date des élections va sans doute créer un événement que le peuple Khmer va sans doute se souvenir pour toujours dans son histoire politique. Cette rentrée va certainement consolider l’élan et l’espérance de tout un peuple pour gagner les élections du 28 Juillet prochain. A trois semaines du jour J, on s’aperçoit que le peuple Khmer est bien déterminé pour changer Hun Sen et sa clique incompétente, dictatoriale, corrompue et par dessus tout, laquais de notre voisin, « le serpent qui ne songe qu’à avaler le Cambodge » pour reprendre l’expression du Roi Père Norodom Sihanouk.
Ce retour sera cependant semé d’embûches et sans vouloir prétendre d’être le stratégiste Zhu Geliang, il serait bon de « travailler » cet événement pour minimiser au maximum le risque irréparable éventuel.
1- Placer deux institutions devant leur responsabilité à savoir le Haut conseil de la magistrature (présidé par le Roi lui-même) et le National Election Committee ou NEC. Informer dès maintenant ces deux institutions en demandant (i) au Haut conseil de la magistrature de demander aux magistrats impliqués dans la décision de condamner Sam Rainsy, de suspendre l’exécution de leur décision à une date ultérieure, après les élections. Le haut conseil invoquera « la cause nationale » pour justifier son intervention ; (ii) NEC d’assurer la sécurité de Sam Rainsy, simple membre du parti participant à une campagne électorale dont NEC est l’arbitre digne de foi et de respect.
2- Sam Rainsy va atterrir à Pochentong et ce sera à Pochentong même que sa rencontre avec ses premiers supporters se fera (louer le parking devant ou à côté). Ceci est décisif car après, nul ne peut prévoir ce qui va se passer, quel serait la suite des affrontements si cela doit arriver, entre les anges gardiens de Hun Sen et les militants CNRP ?
3- Inviter au maximum le personnel des corps diplomatiques basés au Cambodge pour participer à cet événement surtout l’ambassade de France qui a la responsabilité de protéger son ressortissant à l’étranger en la personne de Sam Rainsy.
4- Dès maintenant il faut faire appel à la désobéissance civile de la part de la police et de l’armée pour exécuter l’ordre d’arrêter Sam Rainsy.
Apprenti Zhu Geliang suggère aussi que le rassemblement à Pochentong soit le plus court possible pour pouvoir mettre à l’abri au plus vite Sam Rainsy dans l’attente des premières réactions de la rue et de l’ennemi. Que le cas de Ninoy Aquino ne se reproduise pas sur le sol béni du Cambodge !!
J’arrête ici mon plan, pour la suite je contacterai directement la direction d CNRP pour arrêter le calendrier et la feuille de route de la rencontre de Sam Rainsy avec son ELECTORAT.

First of all, I would like to admire your exceptional courage by willing to take ultimate risk to return home before the election.
I said before that you made the right decision by not going to Cambodia and let the yuon slave Hun Sen unjustly incarcerate you. Once they incarcerated you, they might kill you easily by poisoning, staging fight amongst inmates and they seize the opportunity to kill you. Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen would respond that “ Sam Rainsy’s death was resulting from an uncontrollable revolt of the inmates, and the prison guards were trying their best to stop it but no avail”.
In my own opinion, Cambodia needs you to lead during this most difficult time in our history.
You can lead if and only if you are alive. Your technical skill in economic and your courage to take bold and swift decision that what our compatriots needed.
Right now, the CNRP’s popularity is surreal while you are outside and Kem Sokha inside of Cambodia. If the momentum of the CNRP keeps getting stronger and stronger, why do we need to do something differently ? To me, we should find way to stop electoral fraud. That is the most important thing that we must do, not you going back to Cambodia.
I have thought this way:
The CNRP is currently in a good position to win the election. And it is fortunate that Sam Rainsy presently stays outside of Cambodia because if Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen opt not to relinquish the power after the CNRP wins the election and decide to go the violent way and kill Kem Sokha, you ( Sam Rainsy ) will be stayed intact because you are out of the country. The international community will condemn Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen and Khmer people will walk on the street to overwhelmingly deplore this barbarous regime and they fill find way to stop Hun Sen and bring you back to Cambodia to lead our beloved country. We must know how to create plan A, plan B, etc..
Avoid dying is a better way if you can. You have to understand this, if you die, the popularity of the CNRP will gradually diminish and that what the evil Vietnam and Hun Sen wanted. Why do we need to play Yuon’s game?
My suggestion:
You will go back to Cambodia if and only if you receive full assurance from the international community and Hun Sen that the unjust punishment has been lifted and you are free and safe to return home.
