Cambodian Leaders Plan to Welcome Former King's Return

The three parties' leaders plan to write a letter to invite former King Norodom Sihanouk to return to Cambodia after serious political conflict ended, at the time there are news that the former King's cancer is gone.

The 83-year old monarch went to China for treatment.

National Assembly's president Prince Norodom Ranaridh says that his father is cured by Chinese and French's treatment, and the prince plans to write a letter to invite the former king to return to Cambodia.

The Cambodian People's Party's (CPP) legislator Cheam Yiep is very happy for the good news, and says that the former King's return has always been the CPP's goal.
