Your Excellency,

I have received Your Excellency’s letter dated 03 February 2006 and the clarification on various points which Your Excellency have said about me in the past.

I hope that after the ending of a number of issues, Your Excellency will be able to return back to our country in order to participate in the building of our beloved country and nation.

As Your Excellency knows, I always maintain a policy of unification of patriots, democrats, and monarchists to participate in the building of the country, the nation.

Regarding the judgment against Your Excellency by the Municipal Court of Phnom Penh, if His Majesty King Baromneath Norodom Sihamoni is willing to pardon Your Excellency, I will support this decision completely.

Following the royal pardon, and the ending of legal matters, automatically, the National Assembly will provide back the parliamentary immunity to Your Excellency and to His Excellency Cheam Channy.

While awaiting the happiness of welcoming Your Excellency back within our country, and within the National Assembly, please accept Your Excellency and Lok Chumteav (Mrs.) my highest regards.
