Some (young and old) compatriots had, one more time, formulated such criticisms against the respected "Uncle Sam."
In reality, the US wanted the S.R. [Socialist Republic] of Vietnam to end its colonization of Cambodia during those years (1979-1989). That was why they (the US) were brought to support the government of "Democratic Kampuchea," in particular at the UN.
As far as I am concerned, I had written successively 3 letters to my great Friend and "Brother", Prime Minister Pham Van Dong of the S.R. of Vietnam, to propose to him [to hold] "talks" intended to resolve peacefully the Kampuchea-SRV problem. Pham Van Dong did not see fit to answer me. That was why I was brought, under the request of some ASEAN countries, to accept the Presidency of the tripartite government (Funcinpec - KPNLF of H.E. Son Sann and DK Khmer Rouge Party).
In 1987, and after 1987, H.E. Samdech Hun Sen (CPP) had agreed to hold "talks" with me to resolve the Kampuchea problem in the sense of the return of the latter to Independence, National Unity and Peace. These "talks" led to very positive results.
To finish, I am reporting that in 1979, I had written, asked, in vain, the UN to leave the Cambodian seat vacant while awaiting for the complete resolution of the "Kampuchea Problem."
In regards to this Problem, the US behavior was noble and fair. At the UN (from 1979 to 1989), the US never miss condemning at 100% the crimes (of national genocide) of the Khmer Rouge under Pol Pot ([between] 1975 and 1978).

First of all, You, Sihanouk have no one to blamed but yourself. You were part of the reasons why Khmer Rouge took place in June of 1975. You blame everybody but yourself. You will be held accountable someday. Your days will come and you will wish you would never have been born at all. You have killed millions of khmer people to this day and you don't acknowledge your mistakes. You are the most wanted criminal of Cambodia because you have killed the innocence. You don't know how to be a king and you claimed yourself as king of Cambodia. You lack of intelligence and you are ignorant. You are not human. You are a monster at heart. You are not worth living, save everybody's time and kill yourself. If you wish to live than, you must change yourself into a good person.
