Power Company Blames Rat for Sunday's Blackout

A rat in a machine was blamed for Sunday night's blackout that saw electricity cut off in 40 percent of the Phnom Penh and Kandal province distribution area for about one hour, an Electricite du Cambodge official said Monday. The rodent-born malfunction occurred at a 40-megawatt power plant in the capital's Meanchey district owned by business tycoon and now CPP Senator Phu Kok An. Phu Kok An could not be reached Monday. "It was because of a rat," said Chea Sun Hel, the director of EdC's distribution department. "It ran into the machines...after that the machines went off," Chea Sun Hel said. Chea Sun Hel announced to the press on Friday that the city's months of sweeping power cuts had come to an end with the startup of a new 45-megawatt power plant owned by business tycoon and CPP Senator Ly Young Phat. "Our country has many small animals," Chea Sun Hel said Monday.

There are many rats that caused a calamity. Which one are we talking about. There is Hun Sen, the big rat. There is Norodom Rannarith, the runaway and scary rat and his demented fat rat, Sihanouk. And other rats are all equally in bringing the society down.
Which rats is it?
Are those Rats blaming on the Real rats?
If Chea Sun Hel is still a Director of EDC the price of power cannot go down, MIME ought to change this man. But Suy Sem, Ith Praing happy to be rich by EDC and some industries and factories. Hun Sen have only one eye so he can not see well when the corruptor stand on the left side.
