Portrait of an internal political party coup in seven steps

Step 1: Remove all remnants from the past.

Step 2: Don a new layer of clothing, hoping to hide the old one as best as one could.

Step 3: Since the attendance to the congress is much smaller than originally planned, ensure that every vote count. Never mind if the voter is a child or not (Right).

Step 4: Act statesman-like as much as one could. The amount of smile is inversely proportional to one's direct bloodlink to the royal family: Commoner Lu Laysreng (no smile); Puth Chan Rasmey, husband of a royal princess (faint smile); royal Prince Sisowath Sirirath (trace of a smile). Optional: the degree of one's wealth is testified by the size of one's stomach paunch (Lu Laysreng is showing of his).

Step 5: Give a very serious-sounding speech, never mind its substance.

Step 6: Make sure to hide as best as possible behind someone else, especially if one is the instigator of the coup (Nhiek Bun Chhay's face is half hidden by Keo Puth Rasmey).

Step 7: Relax, the show is over!
