Hun Sen and other CPP officials always trie to obstruct the KR Tribunal process. That's why they appointed themselves as members of Bar Association et keep Ky Tech at the head of this Bar.
They must be prosecuted for this criminal obstruction activity.

Thank you Lok Puu for your excellence political cartoon. It’s clearly depicting who had, from the very beginning, created the evil fire, which brought to Cambodia, and killed nearly 3 millions of our beloved Khmer people.
In fact, the Khmer Rouge Tribunal is like a “Hanging chad” ballot, which in a sense, if the international community really pay heed and take responsibility to make sure to count that “Hanging chad” as a legitimate ballot, our Khmer problems would be solved. However, if the international community were only played pretending as a supporting cast, or standing around watching the sporting event on the sideline with time is ticking away, then we, Khmer, would eventually lose EVERYTHING.
Your cartoon is also truly portraying Somlor Karko Kam-Peus Khmer, but in fact, this Somlor has been cooked by the Viets again and again. After having eaten, they (Viets) spitted out our Khmer bones everywhere on Cambodian soil (mass graves sites).
The Kam-Peus Khmer are representing our innocent Khmer people. It really shows that we are scrambling and begging for life to be saved from the pot of boiling water, that is sitting over the hot burning flame.
Why are we all still in the dark? Why can’t we’re all come out and be united? Why are we having too many Kru Tha then Kru Tver?
The Viets are approximately 4.5 million in Cambodia. They are building each of their command posts in every Cambodian province. KAUN KHMER KROUK LEUNG! IT IS NOT TO LATE YET. WE STILL CAN SACK THEM!

If you included all foreigners into this trial, you will risk to free all of all Cambodian criminals( All Khmer Rouge leaders) from conviction. They will blame all the killing were being made by foreigners. Was it true? No no No!!!

Hello 8:57AM. I expected to have this kind of comment from you. Indeed you must understand about this legal challenge. What kind of result would you like to archieve in this trial? If you want to convict all stupid khmer Rouge Leaders then you have to find;
-Who were the actual killers? Proof and evidence ?
-Who have instructed all of these killings? Proof and evidence?
We have plentifull of proofs and evidences of khmer killers and their superors from the Khmer Rouge leaders. We can convict them. But for foreigners, where all the proofs and all evidences?
Do you want this khmer rouge trial to waste monies and times and then find out that all khmer rouges leaders are all innocenses?

Late 60's, there were numbers of Vietcong presented on our Cambodian's soil "lying in wait" to slaughter our Khmer people.
From 1968-1975's, American carpet bombing on our soil - killing our innocent Khmer people nearly 1 million.
From 1975 - 1978, while we were systemically starved to death, tons and tons of our food supplies and raw materials, and natural resources were either secretely exported or looted and sent off to China.
Early 1978 and early 1979, Vietnam illegally invaded our country and killed our Khmer innocent nearly 1 million more.
Febraury 1979, China engaged war with Vietnam. China declared to the world that, "China did not want an inch of land from Vietnam but to punish Vietnam for having invaded Cambodia". MY ASS! China and Vietnam, from the very beginning, they conspired to slaughter us and at the end take our land. Don't believe! Look at the current situation - Almost two million of Chinese business and entreprenuer; and Almost 5 millions Viets in Cambodia. Eventually we will be minority in our own state.
1985's - The Viets enlisted our innocent Khmer people from different provinces to help them build the "Bambo Wall" aka "K5 Plan" a long the Cambodian-Thai border. The plan killed over half million of our innocent Khmer
people.
1980m- 1986 - with the support from Washington, China, and British, Khmer Rouge once again was brought to power and have seat in the United Nations.
In addition, Washington, Senator John Kerry (D-MA) of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation, extended the financial support to Khmer Rouge in the amount of $87 million and 50 CIA to help strenghtening the Khmer Rouge forces on the Thai border. The countries that were involved with this operation were China, British, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapor, etc.

All anyone have to ask in Trail is to why those KR leaders evacuvated millions of Cambodian out of their homes and cities? and there is no where American to bomb the country to be seen anywhere after a long while, why they were letting those poor people went back to hteir homes or live thier normal lives?
They put those people's lives in a very great danger or risk from deceases and starvation. The result 2 millions were dead.

Hello 2.45PM!! I think you have a very hot temper about foreigners who have destroyed Cambodia. I haven't denied this case yet. But to have the trial to that far in one go, will complicate the trial and then can risk the killers to go free. This trial must set with a propre boundery which aiming to convict all killers. Once all killers are convicted then we can set up another legal procedure to find what countries are behind of these killers.

I think I have similar idea like 2:45pm on the politic behind the killing in our country. I agree that our people were really killed by our own race, these idiot leaders. But the reason behind must be something from those in China, Vietnam.... The only thing I really regret is that our idiot leaders, both khmer rouge and khmer blue as well as Sihanouk, were fooled of their idiot ideologies of communism and capitalism and gave hands to those foreigners especially the ones who intend just to invade our country to flow in with the idea of revenging each other through killing. We must try to think about who benefit from this killing. And still until now, we seem not be able to escape from this kind of foreigner influence. Look into the KR trial!! who benefit from this obstucle of the process?? I agree that these idiot killers should not be freed but the current leaders should be aware of this kind of foreigner trick. And they should in turn start to do something better for our country and people. Reversely, I have the feeling that these current leaders are helping to cover all these foreigner's mistakes in order to have as compensation a help from these countries to keep their power. Would we expect our country exist in the world for another century?????
