7- 1968-1969
The US CIA – to which the anti-Sihanouk and pro-Son Ngoc Thanh KKK mercenaries depended on – Son Ngoc Thanh and Lon Nol agreed among themselves to “decide” on the Plan and to take the following measures with the “historical” and “strategic” goal of shooting down N. Sihanouk, by telling him “loud and clear,” when brought by Lon Nol to the “Veal Men” (Preah Meru) field located near the Phnom Penh Royal Palace: “We KKK, whom the Imperialist US had trained, equipped, and paid to fight You, Samdech Euv, have the conscience that we engaged ourselves in an anti-patriotic path. Admiring Your high Patriotism, Oh revered Samdech Euv! We come to submit ourselves, our body and souls to You, in order to strengthen the Royal Khmer Army (RKA) in Your just fight, at the head of the Sangkum Reastr Niyum (SRN), i.e. of Khmer People themselves, in Your so rightful fight, we said, aiming at safekeeping Peace, National unity in the Independence, Neutrality, and territorial Integrity. As for our salaries, there is no need for You to be worried about! We are only asking for the strict minimum to live in order to serve along the SRN ideals.”
b- A large group of the US CIA’s KKK who did not belong to this “Tojan horse,” were ordered to enter ... illegally also into Cambodia, in order to operate, as special commandos, in “the zones where the Vietcong and North Vietnamese were located”, to fight the latter, while disseminating among the Khmer People and ethnic minorities in Cambodia, anti-Sihanouk and anti-Cambodian Monarchy propagandas.
c- The Pentagon from Washington DC, USA, launched starting March 18, 1969, a long term air operation in order to ruin the National Economy of the SRN State and People. Thus, beginning from March 18, 1969, one day to the date prior to the Lon Nol, Sirik Matak, Sim Var, Cheng Heng, In Tam, Trinh Hoanh Pustch, B-52s and other planes belonging to the powerful US Air Force, bombed, destroyed our rubber plantations, our fields (belonging to our innocent people), our bridges, our irrigation structures, our roads, … and even our infirmaries and our schools.
d- A few days before the anti-Sihanouk Putsch, the KKK who had so-called rallied to Sihanouk, destroyed the embassies of the DRV [Democratic Republic of Vietnam, North Vietnam], and of the Provisory Government of National Liberation Front of South Vietnam [Vietcong]. This was done under the orders of the younger brother (the future “Himmler”) of Lon Nol: the siniter Lon Non.
e- On the day of the Putsch (March 18, 1970), Lon Non and these KKK, with the help of the traitorous RKA’s tanks, and the police officers of the super-traitor Sosthene Fernandez, insured the “complete” success of this Putsch with the use of force.
