I am completely agree with the show on HUN SEN's head. His certificates referred to killing,
land crabing, deforestation, corruption, welcoming more Vietnamess people to live in Cambodia and kill all people who oppose his currently illegal power .Khmer people never care how many stupids certificates you have. because the morecertificates you have, the more people poorer and poorer.
I agree with you that the more certificates he gets the more people getting poorer and poorer. I honestly want him to do good in order to save his life from living in the hell forever, I really feel pity on him.
