Viet Nam's Long An province and Phnom Penh city of Cambodia have agreed to make joint efforts to seek and repatriate remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers who died while fighting to liberate the Cambodian capital in 1979.
An agreement to this effect was recently signed in the Cambodian capital city by the Mayor of Phnom Penh, Kep Chuktema, and the Chairman of the Long An People's Committee, Duong Quoc Xuan.
The agreement, the 6th of its kind between Phnom Penh and Long An province, is in accordance with the two government's consensus on this issue. The two localities had previously searched and repatriated 10 sets of remains of fallen Vietnamese soldiers.

The Vietcong really care about their soldiers missing in action in Cambodia??? Give me a break!
The Vietcong never care nor pay any attention to any Vietcong soldiers missing in Cambodia and what about those million and million of illegal Viet entering Cambodia every years and does the Vietcong government care for those Viet people too??? Of course not!!!

So far over the years the Vietcong had been searching for the Vietcong soldier missing in action and they haven't found much of anything but the Vietcong government had found many agreement in signing the right to explore the mineral for gold and bauxite along Cambodia-Vietname border!!!
Sometime I have to wonder!!!Are these Vietcong leaders more interested in finding their MIA or more interested in finding mineral in Cambodia!!!!!The Vietcong leaders are more interested looking for more mineral desposit in Cambodia through the use of the Vietcong missing in action issue!!!I say enough is enough!!!!

First of all, the Vietcong don't have the fucken technology to do anything and yet they come to Cambodia and signing all kind of agreements in mineral and oil exploration and the Vietcong turn around and finding a Western company to do the work for them!!
