The Phnom Penh municipal police raided Thursday morning the Teuk Thla market, located on Pochentong Boulevard. The market is known for selling army and police uniforms and equipments, Men Ra, the deputy police commander, declared. Accompanied by the district chief, the deputy prosecutor of the Phnom Penh court, the police force confiscated 22 items: pants, army shorts, T-shirts, hats, whistles, shoes, badges and armbands bearing the symbol “HS,” the initials of the prime minister.
