Therefore, people will no longer be able to ask for schools from the CPP’s Hun Sen, Chea Sim, Heng Samrin, Nguon Nhel, Thong Khon, Chea Chanto anymore. The art of distribution policy will stop. Hun Sen said that this is up to the people’s choice during the upcoming elections. In response to Hun Sen’s scare tactics, opposition leader Sam Rainsy said that if his party were to win the election, he will build 10 times more schools than under the current policy.
