US Visit of the Cambodia’s Border Committee

28 April 2007

Mr. Sean Pengse, President of the Cambodia’s Border Committee (CBC) based in France, told RFA today that his 6-member delegation are touring the USA since 05 April 2007. The goal of CBC’s visit in various US States is to “discuss 4 topics: (1) the border issue, (2) the immigration issue, (3) the development of the Indochinese Triangle, and (4) the gas and oil issue in Cambodia.”

The topics raised by CBC come at a time when the Cambodian people, civil society, politicians, as well as diplomats, are expressing their concerns that Cambodia may lose its revenue from oil exploration due to corruption.

Regarding the illegal Vietnamese immigration issue in Cambodia, Mr. Sean Pengse said that according to his research documents, “the number of Vietnamese people living in Cambodia amounts to more than 4 million already, the root cause of this situation stems from the illegal 1983 treaties [imposed on Cambodia by the Vietnamese army of occupation], and the current government which is not properly reviewing and preventing this illegal flow of immigrants, even now.”

Recently, the CBC delegation visited Cambodian-American people living in a number of US states: Florida, Texas. This week, the delegates will visit Washington DC and will hold a meeting with several Cambodian-American people to discuss the topics above. The meeting will be held on 29 April, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at a library in the state of Maryland.

Mr. Sean Pengse’s main recommendation for all Cambodian people living both inside and outside of Cambodia, to help protect Cambodia’s interest and to help resolve the fours items above, is for all Cambodian people to send in petitions demanding that the Cambodian Prime Minister cancels all treaties with neighboring countries that are detrimental to the Cambodian interest, and instead to apply the stipulations of the Paris Peace Agreements.

The CBC delegation plans to conclude its visit in the US at the beginning of May when they will continue their trip to Canada to bring their message to the Cambodian-Canadian communities.

Great job CBC and her excellent members. We are Khmers have to raise up these important issues in time and on time.

If we don't rally and speak out immediately, Cambodian people and its present government will be easily forgot and neglected it.

Furthermore, to be more influential and popular, CBC should take some issues relating to Thailand border enchroachment tooo....

We are strongly supporting you CBC...

CBC's accomplishment is huge...though it is not in concrete because CBC is not government but:
- Can be a powerful reference for government to negotiate with other partner
- Can be an influence to foreign countries to pay attention with the issues, not to do it without fear
- Can be an education tool for all Cambodian people..
- Can be a loud voice to create unity, pride, integrity and survival of Cambodia
- Can be great war of ideology and formless struggle to fight against those foreign countries that have had no good intention for Cambodia and her citizenry.

With this expediture, if present Cambodia government is genuinely Cambodian leader, they have to support and fund CBC...but not b/c present government is serving foreigner rather than express appreciation with CBC...

Great job CBC...continue your mission....we are strongly supporting you!

What type of question is that,
4:26? I am wagering war against
all sorts of parasites to keep them
from victimizing Ah Khmer and Ah
Vietcong, excluding Ah Khmer-Yuon
of course. In addition, I have
successfully assisted new
generation planned successful
career according to my economic
forecast. In the last decades,
hundreds of fresh graduates that I
worked with have been getting
great paying jobs with Jen's,
Yuon's, and EU companies in
Cambodia... . Need I go on?

If CBC is not the voice of the current government which is represent the majority of the people then its voices are totally useless in term of dealing with neighboring country.

First and foremosT ALL khmers nationalists,SRP,FUNCINPEC,NRP and the rest should form a formidable front to compete with CPP and wrestle power from it first in the next election , and then start the border issue all over again. What PENGSE is doing now is jUST a waste of time.YOU have to start from A first before going to point B.....

Talking about united front i just hate the IDIOT kem sokha , why in HELL did he want to create another brand new party for?....

I don't see anything with any of
the so called nationalists. All
they ever talk about is stupid
Democracy and human right.
Countries such as India,
Phillipine, ..., and Afganistan
that are drowned with that are not
doing well at all. What we really
needed is Economic and Job. That is
what our people urgently needed.

Post 3:07 and 4:53 or Ah Youn communist. You have done nothing to help Khmer but spreading the propaganda for Ah youn and jen so that they can abuse more Khmer. At least CBC try to stop you thugs from abusing your stupid policy on the colonizing Cambodia for foreigners. Get it?

Great job CBC, my only problem is that California is not part of your tour which is odd since Long Beach is the biggest Cambodian Community.

Snap out of it, stupid (6:05).
There is no khmer killing khmer,
only Khmer killing you and Ah
Khmer-Yuons.

4:53 AM look your economic plan is just a fuck u plan that followed the American way. You think you can cut down poverty by training and giving them job? First of all you need to know that people have plenty to eat and enjoy their everyday life unless you fagged came along and bulldoze their environment and house. They left with nothing but give up and turned into your fucking slaves to serve or to be fuck by you pigs out there. Motherfucker like you have no long term but just shit here and never clean up the fucking mess than move to another place. What I suggest is stop the fucking behavior. Stop being a copy cat because we know that 1 billions plus Chinese are pretty stupid already so don't drag Cambodia into more of it. Jayvarman VII had his Bayon and you fucker has brothels not just one loads of it.

7:02 AM are you sure motherfucker? How come Ah Khmer-Yuon like Hun Sen and many more still in office? what did go wrong there. Are you being fucked with the Khmer and Yuon?

Anonymous said...

Hun Sen is not Khmer-Yuon, 12:54.
He's 100% Khmer. Plus, he only
know Khmer language. He can't
hardly speak French nor English
like the other clowns and babies.
So there is nothing wrong. That is
what it supposed to be. Khmer leads
Khmer, not Khmer-gringo lead Khmer;
that will be real fuckup, and no
Khmer in their right mind would
wanted that. Get the picture?

Anonymous said...

12:51, that was not my economic
plan, it is Somdach Hun Sen's plan.
I just know it. It is called the
"Rectangular Plan", and it is not
the US plan. If you want to learn
about it, let me know, and I will
find the web link for you. Either
that, just try to
google "Rectangular plan"
or "Rectangular strategy". If you
know it well you can capitalized
on it and make a few dollars, hehehe.

1:50 PM Actually Hun Sen is Khmer-Yuon that fuck live in Vietnam, remember that? Wow Hun Sen is 100% Khmer, so which part are you counting ? the head or body? Sure that bitch can't hardly speak French or English but he sure do try to be like a gringo. Beside don't tell me you didn't notice clown like Sok An. Please please don't embarrass me, I suggest to take into more depth and see who led who.

1:56 PM so "Rectangular Plan" is to take what ever is in the box right? I'm not sure if you see it but I do. I though you guys into "Triangle Plan" and smoke pot all day, but you have decided to erect another angle and sniff white powder instead. Don't worry about me but I suggest you need a head fix.

Anonymous said...

It doesn't matter, 4:53, so long
Khmer is making decision for Khmer,
that is all that count. What we
don't want is Ah Khmer-Gringo to
make decision for Khmer. They had
failed totally after independence
from the French, and they are not
going to fail again. Get it?

Anonymous said...

4:57, the "Rectangular Plan" was
indeed built on the "Triangle
Plan". According, I would expect
to see the "Pentagon Plan" next,
hehehe.

But no bullshit. Just read it.
Here's the link:

Let us know if you see any
improvement that could be made.
