The United Nations new human rights watchdog has kept North Korea, Cambodia and seven other states on a list of countries under special scrutiny.
The situation in the Palestinian territories will also continue to be the subject of special and regular reports.
Cuba and Belarus have been dropped from the list.
The new rules adopted by the 47-state Human Rights Council also oblige all states, even members of the Security Council, to submit to periodic scrutiny of their human rights records.

thanks to America..had liberated many countries. Un is nothing but a destruction. Thanks to american, the truman doctrine that led to defend South korea and taiwan,france,and other countries around the world liberated and free. we need the US to came and help Cambodia b/c we not like iraq, parlistinese or vietcong/vietminh....eeyore
