This monkey is just a paper lieutenant being used by the CPP leadership to carry out their instructions. The real President of the Border Committee is somewhere in Hanoi.
So, no matter how many monkeys like him you want to take out, the real Border Committee will still go ahead with their secret agenda. You can only kill a venomous snake by cutting its head, not just scratching its scale.
This guy didn't even look like Cambodian. Svar Kim Hong?? How many YOUNs work in CPP? Alot. I've heard from RFA about the comment of the YOUN ambassador in Phnom Penh and he sounded as KHmer. Those pretended to be KHMER in Phnom Penh they have changed their names but they can't change their attitude, charactor, face etc., This is the downside of Khmer that have foreigners that can speak KHmer beter than original Khmer.
