Recently, there is a publication of a number of evil information wanting to remove the immunity of the Hero-King Norodom Sihanouk, and the annulment of Article 7 of the Cambodian Constitution during the progress of the Extraordinary Chamber in the Court of Cambodia (ECCC) in order to judge the crimes committed during the Democratic Kampuchea (DK) regime.
On this issue, the CPP publicly declared to the national and international community, the following:

On this issue, the CPP publicly declared to the national and international community, the following:
- The CPP strongly condemns and rejects the intention described above which severely violates the constitution and the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the aim of destroying the stability, the unity and the progress of the nation.
- The CPP always remembers the supreme good deed of Preah Karuna Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk who dedicated his body and knowledge to serve the people, the nation, and the homeland, and (the CPP) is strongly opposed to any actions that are contrary to the law to promulgate the royal title and prerogatives to the former monarch of the Kingdom of Cambodia and his wife, which the National Assembly ratified on 20 October 2004.
- The CPP supports the progress of the ECCC which operates under the Cambodian law to judge the criminal actions perpetrated during the DK regime based on the guarantee of peace, stability, national unity, national sovereignty, and justice for the people of Cambodia

THE RESULT OF THIS IS ALL GOOD WHETHER NORODOM IS INNOCENT OR NOT. HE NEED TO SPEAK THE TRUTH, HE SHOULDN'T BE AFRAID OF THE TRUTH. THIS IS A MUST FOR ALL THE ELEMENTS OF THE SUCCESSFULL OF THE KHMER ROUGE TRIAL.. EVERY PIECES OF EVIDENT NEED TO BE IN PLACE FOR THE WHOLE TRUTH.

No wonder Sihanouk called Hun Sen "The Hero of Khmer people". He needs Hun Sen and CPP helped to make sure he won't stand trial in UN tribunal. However the law is the law and nobody is above the law including Sihanouk, Hun Sen, Chea Sim, Heng Samrin, Hanoi, Beijing, Hok Lundy, Sar Kheng, Tea Banch, Hing Bun Heang, Tep Vong, Sok Ann, etc... All of these crook people will be in Prey Sor sooner or later. These people are committed crime against huminity and especially against their own people. They have killed a lot of Khmer people. It's time for them to pay back. IT'S TIME TO FIND JUSTICE TO ALL KHMER PEOPLE INCLUDING KHMER KAMPUCHEA KROM. Chea Sim is also a victim the same as Sihanouk and the millions who died under Sihanouk directive from Radio Beijing before April 17,1975.

Most of comments that happened in KI say "Hun Sen's government is the puppet of yourn like I saw the comment of Moi28 which usually paint the other as yourn but now look at the letter of CPP and look at the word that Sihanouk praised to Hun Sen and his party as the hero as Jayavaraman VII. Please judge and don't fight like Moi28 and some of Moi28's frend.

About the Yuon thing, it is quite obvious because Yuon have been in continuing presence in Cambodia since prior to French, during French, after French, during Pol Pot and now. So how do others know who is Yuon or not Yuon?

Please let Court works its own duties, then JUSTIC will be served.
Otherwise, Khmers are killing Khmers again. Remember, Vietnamese always encourage us to fight and to kill each other then Vietnamese will have opportunity to take our country.

Folks, a short extract right below from NOUTH Chhoeurm's "Mémoire d'un coup d'Etat" will certainly open wide millions of eyes of people who dare to believe that King Norodom Sihanouk was innocent, not involved in the 1975-1979 Khmer Rouge atrocities and should not be prosecuted by the ECCC. Unfortunately for some folks, the text is in French:
Presque trente ans déjà ont passé depuis le génocide commis par les sanguinaires Khmers rouges, un génocide qui a causé la mort de plus de deux millions de Cambodgiens innocents et notre histoire n’a jamais vu un tel crime contre l’humanité depuis la fin de la deuxième guerre mondiale. Malgré trente ans passés, la question demeure et on se demande toujours si ce crime contre l’humanité pouvait-il être évité ou non? Les réponses étaient diverses, mais la majorité avait répondu “oui” si Samdech Norodom Sihanouk, en tant que Chef de l’Etat du Kampuchea Démocratique des Khmers rouges pendant la période du génocide, avait cessé de penser à ses intérêts personnels, oubliait ses functions de Chef de l’Etat “fantoche” au service des Khmers rouges et pensait au malheur et à la souffrance de son people. Tout le monde sait très bien que Samdech Norodom Sihanouk est un grand “documentaliste” des évènements de son pays et que, tous les jours, il ne cesse de suivre les évènements par la presse étrangère, les câbles d’informations internationales tels que ceux de l’AFP, Reuters, UPI et… Donc Samdech était très au courant des bonnes et des mauvaises nouvelles provenant du pays et mieux informé que les autres Cambodgiens. Mais parce qu’il avait peur de perdre son fauteuil de Chef de l’Etat, il a préféré abandonner complètement son peuple à son sort au profit des Khmers rouges, ses amis “qu’il a juré de ne jamais trahir jusqu’à la fin de sa vie”.
