On Tuesday, the prime minister of Cambodia, once again, expressed his determination to defend the former monarch so that his immunity cannot be revoked, even though, Suon Serey Ratha, President of the Cambodian Action Committee for Justice and Equity (CACJE), made this request recently.
In front of the public during the inauguration of a new building in the Champous Kha’ek pagoda, Hun Sen showed his anger towards Suon Serey Ratha, calling the latter’s action as savage, and a severe scorning of the former monarch and the Cambodian people, and that this action is a tactic aimed at destroying Cambodia only.
Hun Sen said: “All actions that lead to the destruction of the nation, the religion, the king, are actions that cannot be tolerated. What must be done is to defend the nation, religion and the king. Without these three pillars, we will disappear again, one more time. They (CACJE) are aiming at our King-Father. The aim of their arrow is pointing there (King-Father), but we shouldn’t forget that what they are really attacking is our nation and our religion directly.”
In his speech, Hun Sen invoked the struggle of King Norodom Sihanouk to demand the independence, and the leading of the country towards development in the 50s. Hun Sen considers all these additional (CACJE) actions (are conducted) to turn victims as culprits, and that they are not acceptable.
On his part, Suon Serey Ratha who is currently living in the US, denied that he is scorning the Cambodian people, he said that whatever he did is not contrary to the stipulations of the Constitution. He added that he made his request in order to open the door for the Khmer Rouge Tribunal to find out about the truth only.
Suon Serey Ratha said: “This is only one request which we think is a good mean to open the door for judges and co-judges to conduct their investigations openly on the former monarch, as the latter held the highest ranking position in the Democratic Kampuchea (KR) regime also, he was the former (DK) President.”
Recently, Suon Serey Ratha sent a letter to the National Assembly requesting the removal of the immunity of the former monarch Norodom Sihanouk, so that the KR Tribunal could judge him for his involvement with the genocide (KR) regime.
In another letter issued on Tuesday 28 August, Suon Serey Ratha said that the defense of the former monarch is an attempt to protect the former KR leaders and allow them to escape justice.
In the past, former king Norodom Sihanouk used to say that he would welcome and reveal about anything the KR Tribunal want to know, at any time.

I really like to knock that smile out your face! Listen fool! There is something very wrong here! All that I see is only Cambodian people are going to UN tribunal court and I don't see any foreigners taking responsibility for what they have done to Cambodia, to destroy Cambodia, and to fan the flame of the Vietcong war into Cambodia and to force Cambodian people and Cambodian leaders to take side to kill each other! This whole Cambodian tragedy reminded me of great American civil war of 1861 to 1865! This is so sickening!
It is so sad to see all the blame and responsibility placed on Cambodian people and Cambodian leaders because of some fool like AH Suon Serey Ratha chose to view Cambodian history in a box because it is so easy for him to claim his righteousness! Does this mother fucker ever imagine walking a tight rope like King Sihanouk to preserve Cambodian neutrality? I am willing to bet that he would be fucked up too just like King Sihanouk!
Everything that happened in Cambodia is beyond the control of any Cambodian leaders and Cambodian people! The highly charged political external force and pressure of Great Powers are so great that Cambodia will have to be broken into pieces for the interest of Great Powers! What happened in Cambodia is the result of rivalry between United States and Russia and to some extend China and Vietname too! That is why there are North Vietname and South Vietname, North Korea and South Korea! I am just amazed that Cambodia remains as one country and thank to King Sihanouk otherwise Cambodian people would be fighting each other until now like the North Korea and South Korea!

I do not think Mr Suon Serey Ratha is a hero, I think he is a trouble maker which his act and intention could provoke war between Khmer and Khmer. If he wants to propose a law to open the road for KRTRIAL to be fair for everyone, he has to lobby it and making contact with various NGO institutions and many other organizations including the KR Tribunal officials them selves for a possible consensus and supporting his proposal. It seems to me that Mr Suon Serey Ratha is a fool, lost cannon who try to get his revenge. I never saw a law being passed or drafted without carefully study from various expertises, do you? Beside a trial is not easy to change the menu as you wanted.

To bring Fr Sihanouk to stand on trial; Yak Cong must be brought to be tried with KRT, too. Because they/Yak Cong secret agents/spies who secretly used or borrowed KR hands to brutally murder Cambodians from 1975-79.
Chinese and Yankees must be tried with KRT, too, because they 2 supported KR and South Vietnamese troops to kill Cambodians.
Hun Sen and his Hanoian masters must be tried with KRT, too, because nearly one million Cambodians were brutally killed, starved and died of malarias by forcelabours, known as K5 Plans.
Especially more than 100 000 Yak Cong troops still living in Cambodia, Hun Sen clearly confessed on TVK Satellite in January. All Hanoian leaders must be brought to be tried with KRT.

It is true that Suon Serey Ratha is not a hero because he is not a slave of Vietcong like Sihanouk and Hun sen. These monsters have never appreciated with anyone who dare to stand up free speeches and good social justice. They wanted Khmer to be their slaves while they are serving their big master Vietcong.

He has opened the door for vietcongs troop to launch their attack to Cambodian National armies in 1970 after their meeting in Guangdong, China. During the meeting in Guandong (23rd March 1970), Vietcong leaders have called Sihanouk as a Hero and have awarded him as the Leader of Indochina front against imperialist of America. Sihanouk was so prouded to be Leader of three Nations ( Vietnam of vietcong, Cambodia of khmer Rouge and Laos of Patheth Laos). That award presented by Vietcong has given Sihanouk all his bravery and his determination to kill all Khmer who didn't want to move into rebellions areas. I cannot expect any monky of Royal family and Khmer rouge member to appreciate what Suon Serey Ratha has done recently. This young Cambodia can have a wonderfull life in the USA if he ignore completely his duty as a Cambodian citizen. I love you Suon Serey Ratha !!!

Cambodia's had cancers that were embedded into her by China+YUONS+Vietminh-CPP-Hun Sen+all royal's crooks through traitor Sihanouk's flesh and blood, also through his YUON's wife Monique and Sihanouk’s clique.
To have a true and lasting peace for Cambodia these cancers have to be removed once for all, either by the law of ECCC-KRT or by any means, as long as the majority agree with.

The wanton killing of Khmer are done by the KR themselve. No aliens from other planets or this planet for that matter put the guns to their heads and make them kill Khmer.
Their ideologies and reasons are clear as night and day.
All we want is justice. A chance to ask the former KR people who are now controlling the country two simple questions: what crime do Khmer people commit that deserve the execution? and who is responsible?
History will always show that Sihanouk is a KR leader even with the immunity granted to him by the CPP.

Why we afraid to bring our family to Court ? If our family not the killer,drug dealer,or all crime committed person?
