Announcement
This time Khmers must wake up, unite and direct the right thinking:
- Khmers must not look down or create hate towards the monarchy because Cambodia is the Kingdom
- Khmers must not revenge Khmer Rouge (Pol Pot) because this regime has already passing away. We must presently concentrate on the interests of the nation. If we still have hate or revenge towards Khmer Rouge or its cadres in the moment, it is just the personal affair, not national affair. We just try to prevent it not to allow any new regimes with the same manner happen again.
- All Khmer leaders in all parties and tendencies must prioritize the interests of the nation. The conflicts, opposing, criticizing or competing is not the cause of national declining, but the conflicts, opposing, criticizing or competing is the driving force leading to the progress of whole nation.
- Khmer leaders must not effort to gain self-interest, self-power and brag himself as superior than others that no body can lead the country like him because these attitudes make himself evil as well as the whole nation.
- Prime minister must not play his role of both prime minister and King. For example, the graduate ceremony must be presided by neutral person such as the King, not the prime minister because the King is a symbol of unity and neutral person. Doing so the international community and intellects praise us.
- All gifts to poor people or emergency supplies to those victims of the natural disasters must not on behalf of prime minister or official elites because doing so not reflect the willingness to comply to the national law, dignity of leadership and good example leadership for Cambodian young generation.
- Monarchy must not express any special favorite or praise any political leaders because doing so will destroy his reputation and he is not being neutral as he must be.

That is nonsence. Without proving that monarchy has done any good job for Cambodia to safeguard Cambodia souvereinity, this monarchy is a puppet of foreign Government. The monarchy has to be strong to protect, Cambodian constitution, Cambodian justice system and rule of laws, if not we rather not to have this mediocre monarchy which represented only with corruption, land grabbings, foreign invasion. We cannot repeat the same mistake when Sihanouk has called all Cambodians to wage war with Cambodians and have brought a killing regime like Pol Pot to terrorise the whole Nation. We must protect our individual human right first and no trade for less. Without this human right, any monarchy is nothing but a piece of shit.
As a person, a human can one understand and know the difference of right and wrong? good and evil?
If a person have no basic of that and commited evil for it own shach he is a leser than adog to me!

The author of this acticle should go and kiss Rannarith ass. If a monarchy with Rannarith as a king it will not different to put a dog as a king of Cambodia. Therefore, the King should all the basic human quality first before people can give him a respect.
Can we respect people like Rannarith, Chakroapong, Yuveaneath etc.. and etc... No way. We are people of 21 century. we like our personal freedom and our personal integrity. we cannot kneel in front of a cow boy anymore !!!!
In many western countries, all studfarms, have carefully breeded their horses by correctly checking their family members with accurately records of fathers and mothers and to make sure that none of the animals have breeded from their very close family blood. This kind of breeding is to ensure that their Horses will have the best quality of good blood and quality of working blaood. I appeal to all these Princes and princesses to learn these kind of technology instead of making children without considering who and who , what and what ? You are all human being and should be better than animal.

King Sihamoni is more leberal and he is not like his father before him. Monarchy is better than communist.
Keep up Khmer Young, and don't let these people bother you. Just think that no matter what you do there are always some body will go against you. Do what is best for Cambodia and the people.

To confirm my stand, I like to make this clear;
-Refer to Monarchy. This monarchy should have been supported by the majority of people. Referendum is the most important. This 2nd Monarchy is illegal and unconstitutional because there was lacked of people input ( No referendum). It was a highjack one by Sihanouk and his clan. Any candidate to be nominated to be the king should be put for general election. All princes wanting to be King have cleaned from criminal activities and must have a high integrity and high degree of education. They shouldn't be from animal like background.
-For Khmer Rouge: all their leaders are from Derachhan mentality. We cannot have anymore lost to keep these derachhan to harbour more problem in the society. we must teach our children and our children not to have their kind of thinking anymore and must put this king of thinking as a top khmer ennemies.
-With Vietnamese domination. We must stand high with them. take it or leave it. we are a full independent Nation with 2000 years of history. We have our own culture, religion and our identity. Vietnam has indeed no identity and no religion. They have copied their region either from the west or from China. They haven't got their own writting. They use latin for their communications just after second world war and used Chinese before that. Therefore they were immigrants to that land recently.
Please do not foul yourself. Khmer has nearly completely extint by this MONARCHY AND KHMER ROUGE

For what you have said is correct to some point of view with current changing of Cambodia, but it doesn't reflect the whole image of Cambodia that can lead to the higher beneficial conclusion.
Cambodian scholars/people should look far beyond the cage: this far beyond the cage is the stopping of building hate or conflicts among Cambodian people.
Sihanouk is not in the power anymore. He will not be dangerous to Cambodia though sometime he is still using his nature of bragging and delusion.
Pol Pot is not in the power any more. His regime is already disappeared from the stage of political arena. Their regime is really the driving force to Cambodia to find out reconciliation, unity and understanding of our real enemy.
Monarchy in current Cambodia has been drastically changed. It is not god-king anymore, but it is constitutional monarchy...we get nothing from criticizing monarchy for the interest of Cambodia nation.
Saying this, we don't neglect to perceive the brutal and wrong-doing past; but we must be able to use such past events as the creative drive to gain benefits for our nation.
One important thing that we have to pinpoint in current Cambodian situation is to look at those who are in power and have not correctly exercised the right power. And most of the time, those powerful men are worsening the main Cambodian institutions: the King, the Buddhism, the Assembly and the Judiciary.
So we have to direct our sight into the right spot now!

I am poster 4:40AM, I agree with you that we cannot built a hatred society. Offcourse we build a harmony society. Therefore we need to eliminate all extremist like Khmer Rouge. We want all of these animals to understand their past mistake and their animal thinkings are not acceptable in this modern days. So that the current bad leaders and the future leaders must give up their bad behavious. Offcourse, Pol pot has died by our society now is full of people of that mentality because we have allowed the impunity to continue to excape justice. Please read at kohsantepheap News papers, we have crimes everyday in Cambodia because the current leaderships didn't show their good role model to the Nation and didn't want like yourself to put an end to Khmer rouge style.
For the monarchy, I don't if you understood or not about the world constitutional and unconstitutional? The monarchy has established without a referendum. Therefore it is not constitutional. It is an absolue monarchy because the king was not chosen by people but by a bunch of powerfull individual. Sihanouk is no longer the King but he still make silly statements which can impact to the election process in Cambodia. I think you are too immature to write your statement and shouldn't call yourself as a scholars. I would call you rather a golddigger !!!

I believe that KY's proposal is an excellent proposal and he/she is trying to make every possible for the benefit of Cambodia at this moment.
