Prime minister Hun Sen received a new honor on 27 July 2007 when the London-based Association of Certified Commercial Diplomats (ACCD) (?) decided to recognize him as a skillful diplomat after seeing his clear sighted achievements in diplomacy and his work to build peace. An announcement letter issued by Hun Sen’s office on 15 August called this event a tremendous pride for the Cambodian people for having a Samdach Hun Sen as a famous son who, in his entire life, dedicated his strength and intellect to serve the people at all time, until he was able to wrestle full peace for the country, and turned a tense situation in Southeast Asia into a harmonious friendly relationship and commercial cooperation.

KI-Media Note: If indeed it was the London-based ACCD who recognized Hun Sen, any KI-Media reader can become Hun Sen’s peer by applying for their ACCD membership and paying the required annual due of around £65.00. For further information on becoming the peer of the famous son of Cambodia, please contact ACCD at:

Same lot as the Irish International University. Remember their award?

This London-based association has no standing, they actually sell their awards so dictators purchase them and try to convince their illiterate people that they have been given an awrad by a "famous" foreign organization.

Sometimes you wonder where on earth these bunch of illiterates that bus drives their mouths and writes like brain dead lunatics come from. Is Hun Sen 100% bad? If No, then why not commend him wherever he has done good? And wherever you think is below par, try and speak. You don't write people off like that, common on...and even having the nerves to speak evil off institutions like clueless gits makes these people sound like they didn't go to school.
