Hor Nam Hong, vice-prime minister and minister of foreign affairs and international cooperation, will participate at the upcoming 62nd UN General Assembly. According to information distributed by the ministry of foreign affairs, Horn Nam Hong will participate in the UN General Assembly between 25 September and 03 October 2007, in New York City. The information also indicated that beyond participating at the UN General Assembly, he will also participate in unofficial meeting with ASEAN foreign affairs ministers, with Condoleeza Rice, the US Secretary of State, in meeting between ASEAN foreign affairs ministers and the UN Secretary-general, and the president of the General Assembly. On 27 September, he will also participate in a meeting between ASEAN foreign affairs ministers and the President of the World Bank, as well as in other bilateral meetings. Hor Nam Hong will deliver his speech to the UN General Assembly on 01 October 2007.

Hor Nam Hong is free after all, no arrested or charged against him. After all he was one of the Khmer Rouge or Yuon Rouge.

We al are aware of the Vietnamese culprit. We have only a few weeks left to voice before the KR trial start. Why don't each of us send letter to all the medias? How about to CNN, BBC...etc? Tell them that it the trial cannot be justified if the case is in the hand of the current government? I have heard no one sending out letters. Speak like you speak in here. Write now.

We all know that there must be a number of suspect ex KR in top institution of government such as parliament where keys positions are held as brain of activities.Military where most of logging,land grabbing and other dirty works perpetrated from the top and encourage and build up gang activity by corrupting innocent khmers to follow.Police is to control and cover up for political dirty works.Oknha becomes fat cat to suck out all benefits from poor cambodians.
UN and NGO's are aware of the scams in present government. However we want the government to be transparent,reduces corruption,adopt democratic practices by focus on cambodians benefits and their rights,to work closely with NGOs and UN ,to co operate with human right organisation.
Why do we need vietnamese experts claimed over 600 controlling cambodia as well as massive hidden force in cambodia ?Is it still an occupation on cambodia?
We all have to contemplate on utilising our constitution but not abuse it if we claim a kingdom and allow the king to excercise article 8 and 9,not restrict him to article 7 for better cambodia.
