King-Father let it be known, once again, about his exasperation facing the unfolding of this (KR) lawsuit.
In his letter dated 03 September, King-Father is revisiting again his court appearance as a witness facing the Khmer Rouge Tribunal (KRT). He wrote: “it must be the USA, the Lonnolians, and other pro-Lon Nol countries which should be tried by the KRT and not me.” He added: “it was the USA which, unintentionally, allowed the Khmer Rouge to develop themselves and to become powerful up to the point of taking over the State power.” He ended: “and it was by making me responsible of their historical defeat in April 1975, in Cambodia, that some foreigners – who came to Phnom Penh in 2007 to bring to trial and to condemn a handful of super-criminal Khmer Rouge still alive – are taking the liberty to unfairly annoy me in the name of their UN ECCC!”. “Long life KAFKA!” he hailed in his conclusion.

Dear father King, if you want to list the foreign countries you must be include China.
I believe that without declaring war to Cambodia by King Sihanouk to allow Vietcong to open fully attack on unexperiences Khmer National armies, Cambodia wouldn't loose any life. That was also because Sihanouk immature politic.
His immature was based on his short term revenge to win on Lon Nol group without considering of his own consequense as a war criminals against his own nation and his own people. Haha ha haha haha Now he blame to USA, vietnam, China etc.. and etc... we are not that stupid to believe in him. It was him to held responsible.
What about the DEAD LIST?
This must be senilety or dementia that has eaten him.
But, old fart, you should remember VERY CLEARLY , it was you who had called your innocents followers from 1970-1975 to join the KR and all got slaughtered by the them.Now, those poor souls need you in court to explain as to why you were willingly to deceive and mislead them.And that's all they are asking for.Is it hard to understand?Good lord.

Khmers rouge are mostly khmers vietmin that hochimin secretly sent into Cambodia after they defeated French at bien dien phu in 1950.Under Pol Pot's roof,khmers vietmin and vietcongs cooperating the secret mass killings in order to blaim and to break down the Khmers rouge and then install the corrupted cpp government intentionally to sent more vietnam soldiers with civilians cloths to live and occupy Cambodia.now almost 4 millions civilian cloth soldiers living in this country.United Nations must help innocent Cambodia quickly before it too late to vietnam territorial expansion in this century.

Cambodia's had cancers that were embedded into her by China+YUONS+Vietminh-CPP-Hun Sen+all royal's crooks through traitor Sihanouk's flesh and blood, also through his YUON's wife Monique and Sihanouk’s clique.
To have a true and lasting peace for Cambodia these cancers have to be removed once for all, either by the law of ECCC-KRT or by any means, as long as the majority of true Khmers are agree with.
If these cancers remain inside Cambodia without proper treatments YUONS will continue to swallow us bit by bit every day and China will gobble the whole region without mercy toward Cambodia land and all Khmer people, with the last assistance of NORODOM SIHANOUK-HUN SEN.

On March 18, 1970, sensing the nation was in deep danger, the members of the Assembly had made a bold decision to boot Prince Norodom Sihanouk (while he was visiting Soviet Union) out from the seat of Chief of State. The vote was unanimous: 25-8, with 36 abstentions. Several members of the Assembly then presented the article 15 of the constitution for the argument as for the reasons why they decided to take action against Prince Norodom Sihanouk. The Assembly moved on to discuss “the case of Norodom Sihanouk.” The members of Assembly had their turn to speak and all of them had concluded that based on the reasons presented, they charged Prince Norodom Sihanouk, Monique Izzi, and Oum Manorine with TREASON, CORRUPTION, and EXTRAVAGANT LIFE-STYLES. One Assembly member spoke that, “Sihanouk treats the members of the Assembly, the authorized representatives of the people, like animals.”
On that very same day (March 18, 1970), Sisowath Sirik Matak and two army officers entered the General Lon Nol’s house and demanded that the general sign a document approving the overthrow of the prince. Sisowath Sirik Matak had also said to General Lon Nol that, “Nol my friend, if you don’t sign this paper, we’ll shoot you!”

Sihanouk was pro Hanoi, pro Ho Chi Minh and pro Vietcong all along. He allowed the Veitcongs to use Cambodian territory. Yet claimed that his country was nuetral.That was the reason why Nixon ordered the bomb drops Into Khmer land. Sihanouk even printed tons of money for the Veitcongs to buy food and supplies from Cambodia. People that lived along the border knew about this because they made money by selling food and other supplies the Veitcong. Even Hun Sen mentioned that before he became a Khmer Rouge soldier, he tranported food and other supplies by bike to sell them to the Veitcongs.
Sihanouk was deeply involved with The Veitcong that he did not know how get out of it.
When Ho Chi Minh died, Sihanouk Kissed Ho Chi Minh's coffin and cried like a sick baby.
I call Sihanouk a clown king. He did not what he was doing. He was lost in his own greed.
