The Sam Rainsy Party is calling its supporters to help provide funding contributions needed for the organization of the party extraordinary congress, in preparation for the upcoming 2008 general election. In a statement issued on Sunday, Sam Rainsy, SRP President, said that he is calling all his supporters, both inside and outside of Cambodia, to help contribute voluntary funding for the organization of the party congress. In the statement, SRP needs $16,000 to provide foods and drinks to the participants, rent chairs for the congress, and other miscellaneous expenses. The statement indicated the SRP congress will be held on 08 and 09 September, and it will be participated by 7,000 party members.

I would like to suggest that SRP should have other way that ordinary people in Cambodia who have no credit card can contribute their funds (contribution non-electronic way).
I absolustely support and happy to join on that day.

Go to his party website. I am sure there's a way to "snail mail" the money.
If Mr. Sam Rainsy is willing to pay with his life for democracy then by supporting with a small donation is small price to pay!
