Former experts in Cambodia to meet in Hanoi
Almost 600 Vietnamese experts who had worked to assist Cambodia’s national construction after the demolition of the Pol Pot genocidal regime plan to meet in Hanoi on September 8.
Nguyen Van De, deputy head of the liaison committee for former Vietnamese experts in Cambodia, told the press on August 30 that tens of thousands of Vietnamese experts had worked in Cambodia since 1979 to help the neighbouring country restore its economy, education and culture, protect national independence and sovereignty and improve the people’s living standards.
The liaison committee was set up in August 16, 1998 with the aim of further cementing the traditional friendship between the two nations.

Where are these experts presently? work openly or secretly? How can they work to protect national independence and sovereighty of Cambodia while they themselves are the one who dominate the Cambodian authority? Thanksfor discover this news.

I wasn't surprise by all the new because it had been known for many years! The time will come to hunt down all these Vietcong double agents in Cambodia! The fucken Vietcong spies will do their best to disguise their identity as construction worker, merchant, and shopkeeper and even Chinese...But it is too late already because some of higher Cambodian officials had betrayed them already because of the Vietcong overbearing interest in Khmer Krom issue and some other sensitive issues which threaten Cambodia national security!
These Vietcong spies can run but they can not hide!
We did not formerly invited them to come nor we would never want them to stay either.
It is important to take a good notice that their scheduled date for the meeting is in Hanoi on September 8. It is so coincident with the date the former King Norodum Sihanouk had just announced to meet with the press at his royal palace.
I PERSONALLY BELIEVE THEY HAVE SMELLED SOMETHING IS COMING UP. THUS, IT IS FOR THEIR POLITICAL PRECAUSTION TO GET THEIR EXPERTS/SCHOLARS ASSES OUT OF CAMBODIA BEFORE ANYTHING STARTED TO POP.
NOW, ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THEIR EXPERTS MAY BE STARTING TO DEPARTURE BUT THEIR SPECIAL FORCE IN CIVILIAN CLOTHES ARE STILL ROAMING AROUND AND READY. THEY HAVE ALWAYS STRATEGIZED THEIR PLANS AHEAD OF KHMER'S.

1979 - installed their puppet Government
1984's - 5K Plan - killed thousands more of innocent Khmer people;
1990's - 2000's - border encroachment and illegal border demarcation;

You have sticked in the head now. As I can observe, Yuan does not N.Sihanouk to stand at the court, so now they make a show in the palace in order to manipulate the court.
It depends on N.Sihanouk now that will he serve the Yuan interests or Khmer interests...what is he going to say in the palace
I think that N.Sihanouk has already been given direction to say under careful armforce around him.
Hun Sen, Kannaridh and CPP will not allow the King to say bad of Hanoi.
