On 12 November 2007, prime minister Hun Sen inaugurated the Angkor National Museum which is the sole modern international museum in the province of Siem Reap. The museum was built at a cost of almost $15 million by a private (KI-Media note: The museum is built by a Thai company). Hun Mana, the daughter of Samdech Dek Cho Hun Sen, is the chairman of the board of directors of the museum. The museum is built on a lot measuring approximately 10,000 square-meters and it took three years to complete its construction. The museum will display numerous artifacts and sculptures from the Angkor period for local and foreign tourists viewing. The entry fee is $12 for foreigners and $3 for Cambodians. Opposition leader Sam Rainsy said that Cambodian artifacts should not be displayed in a private museum. Sam Rainsy said that all these artifacts are national treasures and nobody can use their influence to display these artifacts for the profit of a private company.

This is to prove to the world and to all Cambodian people that Cambodian national resourses and national wealth have been stolen by hun sen and his wife for their children. They have even stolen national treasure from Angkor era for their private business. This is not a small robber. Cambodian need to rise up and remove this robber from their country. Sam Rainsy is right about the uses of national artifacts that are going to be used to display in a private museum owned by the Thia and Hun Sen's daughter. anyhow, it would be a big shame on Hun Sen's families and the Khmer gov't if they allow this to go on and benefit from the proceed.

Furthermore, Khmer artifacts are scattered all over the region that was once the Khmer Empire. Now that it is gone, so does its artifacts.
What are you talking about, Sam Rainsy was right, 1:14? Those artifact belongs to the Khmer who discovered it. It is not that they moved it from Ankor Watt and put it in the museum. They have to spend a lot of money to search for it and to dig it out from underground throughout the country. Thus, they have the right to profit from it. In addition, it is good that they shared their finding with all of us through a museum instead of using it to decorate their house.

2:36, there is no lost in natural treasure or destruction of national heritage. Those people love our treasure and heritage which is why they went the extra distances to search and dig it out. Plus, we are not talking foreigners removing anything from our land here. It will always stay in Cambodia.
And sure if you want the state to be in charge of it, just have the state purchase it from the finder. But I don't think it is a good idea because the state got enough works up their sleeves. Better to let the private company generate the tax revenue instead because private enterprise always does a lot better than the state can.

Why this company have the right to conduct a search of these treasure adn use them for personal gain? We are talking about a Local Cambodian paying $3 for entry fee here, If it is for the Cambodian they should not have to pay to see, the majority of them are poor!

And no if a Khmer person find an artifact on their own, the government has no right to claim it. The finder can sell it to any museum in the country for the highest profit, and the government will get the tax from the museum business and land lease if it is foreigner company.

Whoever takes the national artifacts display for personal gain is the thief of Cambodian people and her nation? These persons who involve need to be arrested and trialed according to the law. Dek Cho steals all Cambodia resource, land, and treasures from Cambodia for his Hanoi master. His children are nothing but thieves of the nation.
Does the government rent th national artifacts to this private company? And how much the is the royalty? And under what law this can be done? Is there conflict of interest for Hun Sen to give national tresors to his daughter Hun Mana to make money with it? Is national tresories is owned by only one family, the Hun Sen family?
This is the issue who can steal and who can not! AH HUN SEN see himself as the victor over dirt poor Cambodian people and he has every right to steal and pillage in the name of dictator and there is nothing anybody in the world can do a damn thing about it!

FYI, Thailand is only minutes away by B52; thus they need not to station here. Furthermore, the Sarimatak supported the B52 stationing in Cambodia, but the US knew better that they can't trust the incompetence regime with it. Therefore, you are not making any sense here.
As for the Thaicong, you need not to socialize with those that wear uniform because they were trained to be wild dog, but a lot of uniform people are like that. Therefore, you should not used that as an excuse to keep tension between us and our blood brothers.
