Last week he decided to enliven a graduation ceremony in Pnomh Penh by launching an attack on his 19-year-old daughter for being a lesbian. "I can educate people in the whole country, but I cannot educate my adopted daughter," he said. "We sent her to study in the US, but she did a bad job. She returned home and took a wife ... Now I will ask the court to disown her from my family."
