On Saturday 10 November 2007, KI-Media posted a video of the visit by opposition leader Sam Rainsy to the Borei Keila shanty town. Some of our readers were puzzled as to why he was so properly dressed up for this circumstance. We asked Mr. Sam Rainsy this question and this is his explanation:
"I had just participated at the national ceremony for the Independence Day at the Independence Monument (November 9). After the ceremony, while walking back to the nearby SRP headquarters where I had an appointment with the Italian Ambassador that afternoon, I met several poor people from Borei Keila who asked me to go visit their shanty town and to help them against policemen who threatened to evict them from their homes. I went there immediately, which explains my dress attire on that day."

Understood,but one other point which appaled many who saw video that Sam Raingsy was quick to pull rank and delivered promises.This would come back and bite him on the buttock.
He was asked to go there to observe and listen to the complaints.The stump speech and I am people epresentative,I will help people to stop police from evicting them... This too fast to judge and too naive to see that manipualtion is playing cards on him.

We should not judge people based on dresses, races or colors but on their real actions. The most important thing is Mr. Sam Rainsey has performed his duty as a representative of the people, helping people from the oppression of the corrupt regime even he did not have enough time to do so. All the representatives should be courageous like him in order to serve our people better. Giving gifts to the people in exchange for votes is not a good way to help people, but helping them to solve problems, protecting them from violent actions, and defending their rights as citizens are the the valuable duties of the the representatives.
Sam Rainsy is the man.The future leader of Cambodia who cares about eh livelihood/wellbeing of Cambodia.

You are over-exaggerating and making accusation without ground towards Sam Rainsy.
We can say that investors and aids in Cambodia are still running and ongoing to come because of Sam Rainsy and his party and his colleagues. SRP has tremendously contributed this investors and aids towards Cambodia, especially CPP to have some money, because Cambodia is having SRP.
