Dul Koeun, director general of the Logistics and Finance Department of the Interior Ministry and high representative of Samdech Akkeak Moha Senapakdei Decho Hun Sen, prime minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia," to close the ninth training course for a special bodyguard unit at the Cambodian-Indonesian Krang Chek Training Center in Kandal Province on 11 January.
The announcer says that after Maj. Gen. Nuon Narin, director of Cambodian-Indonesian Krang Chek Training Center, presented a report on the center's past activities, [deputy chief of Prime Minister Hun Sen's cabinet] Gen. Hing Bun-heang said, "So far, Samdech Hun Sen's bodyguard unit has developed in all fields thanks to attention, instruction, care, financial and material support, and resources offered by Samdech Decho Hun Sen and his wife, Deputy Prime Minister HE Sok An, Deputy Prime Minister HE Tie Banh, the army commander in chief, the commissioner of the National Police, and generous people in and outside the country."
The announcer says that taking the floor, HE Gen. Dul Koeun "conveyed greetings, commendation, and high valuation from Samdech Akkeak Moha Senapakdei Decho Hun Sen, prime minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and his wife, to the senior and junior officers and troops of Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen's bodyguard unit." HE Gen. Dul Koeun also asked all the trainees to use their skills and knowledge to "protect full safety and order for Samdech Decho Hun Sen and his wife as well as for top national leaders."
The announcer says that afterward, HE Gen. Dul Koeun bestowed decorations on the officers, state officials of Kandal Stoeng District, and national and international generous people. He also handed out "donations from Samdech Decho Hun Sen and his wife" to the center.

Let's say after the general election this year is over and a miracle happens. A new prime minister is in office other than Hun Sen or anyone from the CPP. Would this unit be guarding the new
prime minister or hun sen?
Based on the declaration from Dul Koeun, this body guard unit and special agents that Indonesian helps to train is to protect Hun Sen family and the CPP high ranking officials. These groups are to kill Khmer people and their opponents. They don't do anything but to protect their own interest. Hing Bun Heang is a farm boy who is the personal body guard of Hun Sen. He is the one who takes order from Hun Sen to kill all the Khmer singers and opposition party members. He is the killer not a general like Hun sen claimed. He protects Hun Sen's Toul Krorsaing compound. His assasins operate from that compound when they want to assassinate anyone that object them like Piseth Paklika, Touch Sreynich, etc...

Wow! It seems that AH HUN SEN has so many body guards than any King and Queen of Cambodia! These days AH HUN SEN has so much insecurity with himself even with his own shadow or even with his body guards that is why he didn't allowed the Vietcong master to train his body guards! Ahahhahahhahhahha

Remembered Lon Nol and he was trashed as the most corrupted and very superstitious Cambodian leader because every time Lon Nol go to war with the Vietcong and he always consulted with the fortune teller first! Even King Sihanouk was trashed as the communist King( Please don’t argue with me on this one because I had seen the documentary film and it wasn’t so because King was walking a tight rope in trying to please Uncle SAM and China at the same time so that Cambodia can stay out of the Vietcong war!)

This how the Barrang and American leaders have always viewed of stupid Cambodian leaders anyway and there is nothing that can change their perception unless the Cambodian leaders gave them the so called Vietcong pussy! Why need to boast and train bodyguard? It is showing us only that Cambodian leader is still doing bad so that he has to train bodyguard to protect him from all evil deeds.
Hun Sen is needing more and effective bodyguards as reflecting to his immense evil deeds only.
It is useless for a pure leader to have such huge bodyguards.
