An important transportation bridge linking the provinces of Stung Treng and Ratanakiri collapsed due to an overloaded truck of timber.

The 300-meter long Sre Pok bridge collapsed on 30 April, and the overloaded truck fell underneath the bridge. However, there is no information about the number of casualties yet. As of the end of this week, the bridge has not been repaired yet.

well, no surprise as there is hardly being maintain like in the west they have scales for trucks and other heavy vehicle so damage like this won't happen. anyway, maybe cambodia should be mindful to build strong bridges and buildings as well as accident like this can happen and have happened everywhere in the world.
