Hun Sen indicated that two Cambodian-American joined the CPP rank during the inauguration of a school on 04 June. Hun Sen said that the pair are Cambodians living in the US, and they were former advisor to the SRP for the USA and Canada. Hun Sen’s revelation adds to the list of 9 other SRP defectors who joined the CPP.
Hun Sen named the two men as being, Meas Marin, the son of Meas John, a VOA radio broadcaster, and Ou Sovann, the SRP advisor for the USA and Canada.
According to Hun Sen also, the pair offered a contribution to support the CPP and to rebuild the country. They have offered $500 and $100 each, respectively. “Money does not count, it comes from the heart. And with this, how can anybody say that the CPP buys its followers, didn’t they come on their own?” Hun Sen asked while indicating that he is expecting others to follow suit.

It is the right time to move to the CPP to get ghost positions. Ou Sovann, maybe a former editor of Voice of Khmer Youth (Samleng Yavachun Khmer), and Marin Meas, PhD (?), need to change ship to make sure they can get H.E titles as their last wishes.

Assuming that 50% of the population now is uneducated, and it is true that they can't read or write perfectly as those educated one but this doesn't constitute that they cannot make their judment 100% based on their seeing and insight to the probelems many people are facing now.
The politicians love to talk the languages that people love to hear and people are always fall into the speech without realizing what's the meaning and that is applied to all politicians from different party.

Thank you for your comments. What I really mean is that while the educated has more access to information and may make better judgement at least in theory, they should be a role model. If an uneducated can do 2 plus 2, the educated should be able to do a more complicated math.
Switching party is a habit of politicians for political and/or personal interests.
The speech is really powerful that I and you must admire the speaker and may believe in easily.

Hun Sen runs his campaign against Rainsy or Rainsy against Hun Sen. Hun Sen has money and power and gun to kill, and Rainsy does not have.
