Jean-David Levitte, the diplomatic advisor of (French President) Nicolas Sarkozy, considers that the latest ballot “progresses better than the previous ones,” however he noted that it did not meet “international standards.” The SRP said that it was satisfied with France’s response.

In a letter written by Jean –David Levitte and sent to Sam Rainsy, France considered that the latest election in Cambodia “progressed better than the previous ones, however, it still does not meet international standards on this matter.”

Last 28 August, Sam Rainsy wrote to Nicolas Sarkozy and Susilo Bambang Yodhyono, the Indonesian President, who are both heads of state of countries that are co-presidents of the 1991 Paris Peace Accords.

“All that remains of the democracy set up at great cost in Cambodia by the International community is a cracked façade,” Sam Rainsy wrote with Kem Sokha who also signed the letter.

“This response is very positive,” SRP MP Mu Sochua reacted when she was asked by “Cambodge Soir Hebdo” on Friday 24 october. “This shows that the French government assumes its role in Cambodia. What Jean-David Levitte said about the international standards not being respected, that was what Comfrel said also.”

“In his letter, Jean-David Levitte promised that the (French) government will follow closely the Cambodian election process in the future. This is a very positive response,” Mu Sochua added.

She also said that the SRP maintains “good relations” with the French embassy in Phnom Penh.

In other words, why don't you, Scam Rainsy and Kem Sucka, fuck off while we deal with our own shit at home in France.

Scam and Sucka are two useless foreign idiots who can't pull any international weight to protect Khmer interests. Rest assured though, if it comes to banning aids to poor people and criticizing their own race, they won gold medals.

I have a message for Scam and Sucka too: why don't you two fuck off to wherever you come from and leave Hun Sen and the Khmer people alone?

I know you are a dog who are fed by your CPP master, so you have to abide with them and attack those critics, though it is a constructive criticism.

However, leave scam CPP alone is ok, but your statement of leaving Khmer people alone is only showing your communism behavior. I am surely excluded, so don't say leave Khmer alone anymore Dog.

I wish I am fed by CPP. If they feed me as you said, trust me, it will get much much worse for Scam and Sucka.

If you have a problem with me supporting CPP, it's your problems for associating yourself with losers. Maybe time to develop a brain, rather barking like a mad puppy who cannot tolerate the fact that others cannot disagree with their political affiliation.

Get some education and history on what each person has done to Cambodia. Hun Sen has done things Scam and Sucka could not have done even 100 years from now. That's history. Get some education if you have time.

If the srp really care about Cambodia and its people, I dont know how the srp can be satisfied with this kind of statement from Frankache. The message serves nothing and meant nothing for Khmer except for the cpp

Those (the yuon clones and yuon wastes) who live in Cambodia should know, it is because the stupid Khmer abraod and other Khmer nationalists who fight for the sake of Khmer nation, for freedom and against yuon’s crime that these miserables have life saved from another yuon genocide, after the one killing filed. It is because these stupid nationalists or extremists, named by the yuons and cpp stooges, who fight to defend freedom and life of Khmer people and to denounce yuon crimes that they can have a better life even it is just a bit better than the Khmer rouge regime.

How many milliards $$ that Khmer abroad and their divert associations brought to Cambodia to ameliorate life condition and freedom in Cambodia? How many projects that people in Cambodia can do with the helps of their family from abroad while the cpp government did nothing to help but instead stealing aides direct by international community to ameliorate life condition of poor Khmer people? Just imagine Cambodia is isolated from the world as in Khmer rouge regime. I can tell you guys that Cambodia of cpp/khmer rouge will not different from the Khmer rouge polpot at all and you guys and your off spring may not have see the world and will disappear like the Champa and Khmer krom under yuon genocide and atrocities, aa braet

The message was the same, all big countries just want to keep the status quo - not rocking the boat. Clearly, the French said shut up and put up, even though there was a gross "lost-in-translation" when MP Mu Sochua said it was a "very positive response." It was positive, of course, for CPP.

Not until the current setup made a mistake and fell off some big power's favor, they would be around for a while, or until when there was an internal power struggle.

Better get with the program and play the game.

France in Asia is totally non-existent.
The weight of France in Cambodia is totally unimportant.
Us, Khmers, we are not interested in the advice of the French colonialists in foreign policy in Cambodia.

France go home.

Yep, and don't forget to take their stupid treaties back to France with them.

List of Facts needed to find solutions/mechanisms to cure all of these chronic diseases:

-Corruption:
From streets to offices in the gov.t sectors. The tops seek big bribe from the subordinates in exchange for them to sustain their positions or those subordinates will be out off their posts in just a second. Like a project: the top demands the subordinate to pay the bribes regularly as a common practice-the subordinates bribe people in higher position. The root of the corruption is that the tops nearly many of them don’t even receive formal education. Those took power in office and you say why such people with this low quality are willing to let go of their positions easily? that’s why the expertises all end up jobless if they prove more capable or speak up against their supervisors. And you can tell working with low IQ and demand you follow their orders unquestionably? That reflects their poor, ignorant management as a system to improve for all. However, upgrading a system for all is not their concern-even a bit. How to sustain and keep their posts and power is actually what gives them headache. That is why the powerful people rarely blame their officers and demand they be prosecuted! (Rule of law????) One more evidence to prove that corruption in Cambodia will never any soon be solved is that khmer people can see that the top arranged their sons&daughters to marry each other to lay an even unbreakable foundation to hold on tight to power. They planned and acted well not to leave any room for mistakes that can harm their power. They exploit each other no matter by what means to secure their system. And tell me if they ever let go of power very soon?? and tell me if you call such system of gov.t a good one?

-Power-addicted whether consciously or unconsciously:
By the system designed it is clear that the leaders are so power-addicted. They, if still with conscience, should feel overwhelmingly regretful and turn back to serve the country to make it stand tall and proud, but not with countless miseries and chaosity all every corner of the country!!!! There’s not a slightest mistake to say that their agendas are all about which party has gained more and more supporters? And never they struggle to learn in what good deeds the party has done for the people? They will treat any party that brings light for the misfortunate poor khmer people as their enemy and demand that those parties, individuals be mentally suffered or last resort be abolished!!

-Vietnamization:
look at the illegal immigrants living working freely and why isn’t it called a lawless country? Not talking about the sole so-called memorandums from only one man. What is the quality of this country system? how many heads and brains do you have? And tell me those your ministers are disqualified and incapable of doing anything-planning, taking actions or authorities to decide anything. And why one man is dying to steal the show all the time? Isn’t it authoritarians or absolute power? khmers dare to speak out about the siam encroachment along the border ,how about them living working and speaking freely their language????

It has also to watch closely the Chinese, the Sino-Khmers and their mafias, for reason of cambodia's national security.
The Khmer police have to spy and watches all the foreigners in Cambodia.
