VNA (Hanoi)
Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung has praised the close cooperation between the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) and its Cambodian counterpart, the AKP, as an effective tool in boosting relations between the two countries.
He made this statement during a meeting with Deputy General Director Chhin Yuon of AKP in Hanoi on November 24 in the presence of the VNA’s Executive Deputy General Director Tran Mai Huong.
Hung said that the exchange of information and images between the two news agencies has contributed to an increase in mutual understanding between the two peoples and has successfully promoted the traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
He emphasised the need to further develop links in personnel training through the exchange of visits, jointly-organised training courses and the provision of technical assistance whenever Cambodia requires help in such matters.
Vietnam will do its utmost to help Cambodia, while the VNA will assist the AKP in its development in order to ensure reporting of a high standard covering all issues of national and regional importance, Hung pledged.

Earlier that day, Executive Deputy General Director Huong led a senior VNA delegation to hold talks with an AKP delegation led by Deputy General Director Yuon.
Both host and guest discussed a range of measures to boost the mutual exchange and use of news and pictures as well as steps to deploy a VNA-funded technical project to assist the AKP and to develop cooperation in personnel training and the exchange of experiences between the two news organisations.

It's Cambodian puppet, not Cambodian couterpart!
All khmers must know the Ho Chiminh's philosphy " To form the People Republic of Indochina " and two words " Vietnamisation means to make Khmers be Vietnamese and Khmerization means to make all Vietnamese be Khmers" and all of these are the missions to take Khmers according to Mr. Ho Chiminh's quotes. well, why not counter the viets. if people are claiming the viets are trying to vietnamization khmers, then what stops khmers from trying to khmerize the viets back. c'mon, what goes around comes around, my dear. khmer people are not that weak, are we? i say learn their bad tactic and do the same to do, my khmer brothers and sisters!!! stand up for yourself and your country, please!!!
The khmer rulers like Hun Sen and some more before him lack patriotism; they have no power to Khmerize the Yuons or the Thais. This is reality.
well, then , as there are many khmer people on the earth, then someone should change this so we can khmerize youns and siems. if they can do it, why can't we? this is a good example why khmer people should look up to only one leader. remember, it didn't take one king to build angkor. it took many great kings in those days to build the numerous great monuments of the angkor khmer empire. let look toward the bright side. i'm so sick and tired of being subservient to the youns and siems race. khmer people should rise up again!! in the study of sociology, a great civilization never dies out complete, it has its peak, its valley of greatness; only the duration of time each phrase is rested seems like eternity, but never extinguish completely. that goes with the once great khmer power in the region of southeast asia with our capital city in angkor near in present-day siem reap province. we, khmer, should be proud of our race and achievement since ancient time! long live cambodia and our khmer people!!! god bless cambodia.
How can you Khmerize the Yuons living in Cambodia if you are their puppets?
how did youns do it to us? the answer is do it back to them the way they do to us. start with khmer language as mandatory, khmer dress, khmer food, khmer religion, etc, etc... on and on and on... if so lack of idea, think of how they do it to us, then do the same way to them, my dear. it's called being smart and clever!!!!

The two agencies are just a propaganda mouth piece for their governments. When they want to make a new statement they just search the old archive and play the same tune again. These two words appear regularly: "increase" and "promote". When the hell are they going to get there and done with after several centuries of "increasing" and "promoting"?
Obviously, Cambodia is not in an effective position to make such craps possible.
You can say that, but you cannot do it; In 2005 I visit Cambodia; I saw Yuon kicked Khmer's butt many times, but no Khmer dare to do anything to the Yuon!

i know, who says a theory can't be reverse. that's why people wrote a lot of thesis or dissertation for their graduate or doctorate degree because it's based on new concept or idea. so, nothing is impossible to do if we concentrate and do thorough research. god bless cambodia.
Corruption is a key for Vietnamization in Cambodia because Hanoi can manipulate this to benefit its own agenda.
Another Vietnamization has been found in Khmer Krom during 1950s during which South Vietnamese President Ngo Dinh Diem (1955-1963) ordered to have all Khmer Krom names changed to Vietnamese names so that it successfully disolved Khmer Krom Identity.

-Be warned that if the mindset and leadership of current leaders are still toward “NEPOTISM, partisanship, TOO SELF-SUSTAINED PRIDE AND SOME OTHER NEGATIVE MINDSET AND ATTITUTES THAT CONSCIOUSLY ENCOURAGE CORRUPTION PRACTICE, IMPUNITY CULTURE, PATRONAGE CULTURE just to name a few-which all these practices are aiming to achieve ONE GOAL: THE LIFE-LONG POWER HOLDING, which is by no rationale or excuses would contribute to sustainable growth and most importantly THE EXISTENCE OF CAMBODIA COUNTRY.”
-And how can Khmers rescue themselves with the presence of such practices and cultures WHICH HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED BY ALL OF THESE UNSCRUPULOUS LEADERS?
The root causes of the persistent problems are:
First of all, blame our country for undergoing through several civil wars FLARED UP BY POWERFUL NATIONS say CHINA, RUSSIA, USA AND OTHER RICH COUNTRIES that, with no slight doubt, stirred the political atmosphere in Cambodia aiming to “EMPLOY CAMBODIA AS IDEOLOGICAL BATTLE ZONES OR POWER-TESTING ZONES BETWEEN THE SUPERPOWER BLOCS”. This can’t be allowed to happen anymore. And BLAMING GAME SHOULD NOT BE PLAYED ANYMORE: Sihanouk blames Lon Nol, khmer leaders in history blame family infighting to take power and … . (This PAST HISTORY can reflect to why Khmers including leaders are easy to become puppet of foreign countries. AND FROM THIS LESSON, KHMERS SHOULD STEER THE COUNTRY TOWARD BUILDING A STRONG EFFICIENT SYSTEM GOVERNED BY THINK TANKS OR PEOPLE WITH GREAT MINDS AND “THOSE PEOPLE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE IF DEEMED UNCAPABLE OR NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO COPE WITH THE CRISIS” and the system should not be ruled by the same people as their life-long power holding or the SYSTEM WILL BE PRONED TO GIVING BREATH AND BIRTH TO UNCIVILIZED-ABOVE CULTURE AND PRACTICES.
Secondly, if Khmer leaders do not know how to play politics (Or at least ask yourself whether YOUR POLITICS GAME WILL BRING ABOUT ANY BENEFITS FOR THE COUNTRY, AND IF NOT BRING ABOUT DESTRUCTION AND COUNTRY SPLIT INTO PIECES) then the leaders MUST NOT PLAY THE GAME (engage in the game as puppets of foreign countries BECAUSE OF SELF-SUSTAINED PRIED AND POWER: Learn from Sihanouk’s past mistakes). The leaders MUST LEARN TO FIX AND UPGRADE THE SYSTEM, NOT EMBRACE AND COMPLICATE THE EXISTING PROBLEMS. Everyone in Cambodia knows too well that CORRUPTION PRACTICES HINDER THE PROGRESS IN CAMBODIA AND ONLY THE THINK TANKS AND PEOPLE WITH GREAT MINDS CAN OFFER SOLUTIONS AND CAN CARRY OUT THE TASKS TO SUSTAINABLE GROWTH. And look at Cambodia nowadays. People SHOULD SPIT ON THE LEADERS’ HEADS BECAUSE THEY APPEAR NO BETTER THAN A GROUP OF GANGSTER OR MAFIA, WHO ESTABLISH AND SUPPORT THEIR SO-CALLED SYSTEM OF NEPOTISM AND PARTISANSHIP. This in America, where I reside, has also been practiced BUT ONE COMMON GOAL IS TO STEER THE COUNTRY TO DEVELOPMENT FOR ALL, NOT JUST ANARCHIC DEVELOPMENT THAT ONLY THE SMALL SUM OF PEOPLE CAN BENEFIT. Build the network for information dissemination: bring up the issues for discussion and network to spread the news-the news of the truth, investigation and more and more research conducted to spur the development of the system and to integrate the findings into policy-decision MUST BE PRESENT IN CAMBODIA. Again policy-decision and making only to EMBRACE AND SUSTAIN SELF-POWER AND INTEREST MUST BE KEPT ASIDE. DO NOT HUMILIATE IDEAS, PEOPLE WITH GREAT MINDS AND THINK TANKS-THEY ALL CAN CONTRIBUTE A GREAT DEAL TO DEVELOPMENT, NOT ONLY FOR PARTY BUT FOR COUNTRY AS A WHOLE.
“A GOOD STRONG EFFICIENT SYSTEM MUST BE IN THE HAND OF PEOPLE WITH GREAT MINDS AND THINK TANKS, AND THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTION FOR THAT.”
In this end, more actions, move and plans must be in place to spur not only progress of party but start from individual progress that can inspire other people. The party must embrace and recruit such people. Plus, the party must encourage more discussion, debate in public and “wait and see” or “Manipulation from the suffering and hardship of people” politics MUST NOT BE PLAYED ANYMORE. Instead be ready and willing to help by establishing network which is comprised by professionals and experts in various fields to help needy people MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE AS A SYSTEM.
